Recent guests have noted a convenient location near the airport and cruise ports, alongside generally clean rooms and friendly staff. However, there are concerns regarding inconsistent staff communication, misleading breakfast descriptions, and issues with room layout and cleanliness issues.
Overall stay was good. There was no primary lighting source in the room and had turn on multiple lamps around the room to have decent lighting. Helped that it is by a metro station. However the staff failed to mention on two occasions there would be a charge for using the shuttle service even after I had mentioned I had already purchased a metro pass and was asking what option was most efficient. I guess money was not a factor for them when considering efficiency. The failure to advise racked up my transit cost by an additional 30 bucks. I would've just taken the metro. Something I feel could've been avoided if it was mentioned on both occasions.
Nice clean rooms. Used the stay and park with the shuttle for a trip to CA which was great. Shuttle took a while to puck us up on way back to hotel but that was just really bad timing as it literally just left the airport when I called. Service at hotel was great. My wife got breakfast items from.the restaurant/counter and thought they were very good and reasonably priced. I will use them again when flying out of Boston.
Great location. The room was small with a weird layout, I couldn't walk around the bed without bumping into the couch in that room. Also, no greetings or welcome message from the front desk as a Titanium member
The only reason I gave it 3 Stars ?? due to my experience did get better with a male staff member who really was Awesome when I checked out. I would not stay here again due to the misleading breakfast description from the Marriott app and a grumpy front desk attendant who made my stay uncomfortable. This hotel provides only breakfast vouchers that the selection is very limited. No complementary waters, coffee or tea. The menu advised of vegan item and restaurant did not carry that item. Desk attendant either was having a bad week or this was her attitude when working the front desk. If you get Giselle, show her my review. She was very hostile and argumentative that I didn’t deserve x amount of Breakfast vouchers when I did pay for them through the Marriott app. Advised of the dirty toilet and yet it was never cleaned . I did called Marriott corp., and no response back. Hopefully management can be more involved with training their staff better, without guests the hotel will cease to exist. Salem Witch no more.
Great location near the airport and the cruise port. It is also close to a large shopping area that has many restaurants within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I was able to use the shuttle to get to the cruise ship in the morning and I saved a few bucks. I would highly recommend this place for a short visit before heading to the ship for a cruise.
