21 days agoReally great experience staying here. Doug was really helpful getting us checked in and helping us get our luggage in the room. Using this as a base to explore Boston, Cape Cod, NH and Maine. Another great Residence Inn stay!

about 1 month agoDuring my 34 night stay I felt like I was at home! I want to give a special thanks to Keecha G, Olivia K, Jerry J, Justin D, Zalma A, Natalia D, Doug B, Brit R, Kiki E, Devlin G and Ashley G for taking care of me in the front office! Xue was an excellent room attendant and the star of the show was Tati at Theory. If I ever have visitors from out of town, I will insist they stay here ??

about 1 month agoVery impressed with the service at this establishment. Natalia at the front desk was phenomenal. I arrived (exhausted) and early for my check in. Natalia found me a room, gave me some water and a few snacks. Those extra thoughtful gestures made a huge difference. Hotel is is in a convenient location and room was spacious a clean. But service like that is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to Marriott.

4 months agoWe had a lovely stay at the Residence Inn in Boston. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. It was one of the few hotels in the city that offered two beds so that was a win for our traveling crew! While not necessarily in walking distance to the tourist sites we were able to easily catch a 10-15 minute uber to any attraction we desired whether Harvard, the Freedom Trail, or the North End. Complimentary breakfast was solid. Only downside was there was a $30/night destination fee but they did comp $20 of that at the hotel bar with food or drinks - better than most hotels!

6 months agoOutstanding stay at the Residence Inn Cambridge. I was in town for an important business program and had a serious logistical issue before arriving. Doug at the front desk simply said, “Send it over — we’ll take care of it,” and it was handled perfectly. Later in the stay, Natalia delivered the same calm, flawless execution on another request. The rooms were excellent, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Every interaction reflected world-class customer service. I’ll absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for business travelers.
