I stayed at this property as part of a business trip. The location is very convenient, the hotel is modern and clean, and the room was great. The gym was nicely equipped for a hotel. My staff interactions were all very friendly as well. The reason I am not awarding 5 stars is because of the EV charging situation. The property’s listing page proudly boasts that they offer paid EV charging on site as an amenity. I chose this property specifically for that reason. When I called the property the day before my arrival to confirm the cost and whether I need any additional app to charge, I was informed that all of the chargers were broken. All 10 of them. It turns out that they’ve been broken for some time now as evidenced by another review on here. This is wholly unacceptable. EV charging is not just a nice perk anymore- if you are going to advertise it, people are going to book specifically for that reason. It’s one thing if a specific charging station is out of order, but for the entire bank to be down for an extended period of time is bad. If the charging network you chose for this property is unreliable, it is time to rip out those chargers and put in something more reliable or remove EV charging as a perk. Luckily there was a Tesla supercharger a very short distance from the property, but that defeats the purpose of wanting to plug in overnight.

Be careful at this Hilton Garden Inn. The room is an okay size and the hotel is relatively clean. But there are NO SAFES available in the rooms for valuables. Additionally when we checked in, we were told there was breakfast in the lobby from 7am-11am. Never was it mentioned that this was not complimentary and when we came down in the morning for breakfast there was no signage before entering the breakfast area that made guests aware of the charge of 19.99 per person for breakfast. We only found out after sitting down with our food and being handed a check. When we voiced our concerns to the front desk staff, the woman there blamed US for not thoroughly researching the cost before sitting down. She was rude and accusatory. This is extremely terrible customer service and not representative of how a hotel should be run. We weren't even asking for a refund we just wanted signage put out for other guests so that they wouldn't make the same mistake as us, as other guests had the same reaction to the bait and switch we experienced. To top it all off, the breakfast wasn't even good and was a very limited selection of congealed eggs and cold sausage. Despite the front desk staff arguing that no signs should need to be posted--lo and behold the next morning signs were placed so that guests would see the menu and costs PRIOR to entering into the breakfast area. So not only were we made to feel bad for giving feedback, the staff then actually took our helpful feedback to help other guests. Terrible experience all around.

Great hotel! The room was very clean, the pillows and mattress were comfortable. The layout was practical and cozy. We had a great breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. Melody was a very attentive server and suggested we try the French toast. It was delicious! We would absolutely stay here again.

These guys did an AMAZING job during the blizzard! After 14 hours of no power and no heat, it was heartwarming to be greeted with such warm hospitality! Her name escapes me, but please thank the kind hospitality professional that was at the front desk for her? service, the evening we will all remember: Monday 2/23/26! ? My family and I came in last minute due to losing power, and we could not be more satisfied with our stay! Julia at the front desk is a true professional. Her customer service is like no other and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay, despite being here during the blizzard. She was personable and made sure my family had everything we needed during our stay. On top of that, she was the only agent at the desk during the busy night, dealing with the desk, making deliveries, and handling the phone like a pro! The property itself is clean and beautiful, had everything we needed during our last minute stay. Our room was very spacious and beds were comfy. We cannot thank you enough for the amazing stay!

Close to office. Visited for the week. First night was a bit rough. Person in other room was snoring like a mo fo. The hotel staff was great though and moved me into another room. Can't thank them enough. If stay there again. Clean, good bar area and food. Beware the hockey families. Lol. They need to watch their kids and drink a bit less.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 weeks recovering from surgery. You learn a lot about a hotel staying there for such an extended time particularly in a stressful situation. One doesn't normally hear the word "family" when reading a review of any Hilton. Let's be serious. I have spent my life traveling. I have stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms over 50 years all over the world. This is certainly not the fanciest hotel by any stretch of the imagination. This hotel is what it is, but I have never experienced the caring and help that I received here. I have received more hospitality here than anything else I have ever received. It's sincere. It's the entire staff. It's being greeted for breakfast and having it brought to my table because it simply was too difficult to do myself. It was family. I am incredibly grateful for the staff of this hotel. I didn't expect it. I have never received it anywhere else at any price or any locations. Because what care and understanding can't be included in a room price or star rating. It's on a completely different scale. I don't think you can feel that on an overnight and I know this hotel isn't designed or looking for extended stay customers. But it's amazing to have been treated this way in just another Hilton Garden Inn. I'm touched by their caring.

Outstanding property. We have stayed here twice and have been thoroughly pleased each time. Thank you to Erica and Julia for their "over the top" hospitality. The rooms are great, the common areas beautiful and the location perfect....just off the highway, but far enough away to be a quiet location. Have stayed in over a half dozen other places throughout the years in this area. When we return to visit family in the area, this is now our "go-to" lodging choice. Thank you!!!

I want to take a moment to recognize Niecy at the front desk of the Garden Inn by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, her professionalism, patience, and genuine care stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, and it truly made my stay more comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself was an awesome place to stay — very clean, well-kept, and welcoming. The bartender was amazing, and the rest of the staff I interacted with were just as friendly and on point. This entire team deserves recognition for the way they treat their guests. I hope management knows how valuable they all are. Outstanding customer service across the board.

I recently hosted a full-day meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Canton, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel is new, beautiful, and exceptionally well-maintained. The ballroom was the perfect size for our small meeting—comfortable, modern, and well-equipped. The staff truly made the day outstanding. Bea and Diane were amazing—attentive, proactive, and always one step ahead of our needs. Their professionalism and warm personalities made everything run smoothly. Briana, who coordinated the event from start to finish, was equally fantastic. She asked all the right questions, anticipated details I hadn’t even thought of, and ensured the entire event was seamless. The hotel and its team exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this venue for any meeting or event.
