I did a room and parking bundle for the week I only needed six nights but paying for seven still saved me more money than parking somewhere else near the airport. The parking lot was almost full when I arrived but I managed to find a spot. The Hilton app didn't have my virtual card ready so I checked in at the front desk. Room was great. The shuttle lleaving the hotel was fine, I waited 5 mins. I called the hotel to say I needed a shuttle back to my car. No eta was given and I waited 45 mins. Almost called an Uber because it's a 5 min drive. My partner called after 24 minutes of waiting and then it was another 20 minutes till they came. If they said it was going to take that long I would have been more than happy to call an Uber. I would advise asking for an ETA or being okay waiting up to 45 mins for your shuttle back. They said they come every 15 minutes, which was not the case. When you've been traveling for 10 hours, haven't eaten dinner, and then still have a 2 hour drive home it's not ideal. Otherwise everything else was great.

Location from Boston Logan airport: airport : Free shuttle bus from the airport; pleaee call them beforehand and they will send out a bus. You can even call at the airport. literally a 5-minute drive. Tbh it was a little tricky to find at first So basically the bus stop is at the end on the opposite side. Rooms: Spacious, clean, and well equipped with tea and a coffee machine. Customer service: 2/5 — staff were a bit rude and seemed unbothered. They had a bar/ restaurant. Overall Comfortable stay a night.

Great hotel to stay. Very clean rooms and helpful staff! This was my families 2nd time staying here on our visit to Boston. Front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating! The area around hotel seemed very safe. Another plus for this hotel was that it was very close to the airport and they do provide a shuttle to the airport!

I was waiting for the shuttle bus to pick me up at the airport for 50 minutes outside in a very cold weather and NO shuttle bus came at all! I called TWICE already and followed the instructions to wait at the designated gate, 50 mins…No shuttle. Then I called Uber in the end. I booked this hotel because of the shuttle service, somehow it made me feel like a spam. If you want to choose this hotel because of the shuttle services, there should be better options.

This is my favorite place to stay when flying out of Boston! I can’t always afford the rates, but it’s such a treat when the prices are on the lower end. The park n stay option is always so convenient, the staff is always wonderful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s such a short ride to the airport on the shuttle. Plus, it’s one of the only airport hotels I’ve stayed at where it runs every 15 mins during peak hours and runs 24/7.

The hotel is a solid choice for a discounted stay near Boston. The room was clean and comfortable. The Blue Line T is a 10 minute walk, so it was about 30 minutes to downtown which was great. Short shuttle or cab ride to the airport. TIP: Only a few train stops to Maverick which has lots of local bars and pubs and Lewis Pier which has the BEST view of Boston. Parking was $20/day but plenty of availability. Our room was about half what we would have paid for a similar hotel downtown.

Last minute reservation and initially they had no record of it. Told to wait for manager who said it's right here and gave me a room card. Room was okay, the dresser drawer would stay closed and ended up getting hurt walking by it. TV was excellent, bed was excellent. Night staff was helpful. Have not received my deposit back. Great shuttle service to the airport. For the price I paid I would definitely not return. 3 star accomodations at 5 star prices.

Room was nice. I’m not a fan of bathtubs in a hotel. People were nice during checking in. Had a package delivered and it was properly delivered to me requesting ID from me. A little noisy from the planes taking off but I still slept good. I would give this place a 5 but the waiter in there restaurant was horrible. Food was not the greatest either. We thought it would have been better, nope! It’s a shame when you have such a nice place and you get someone like him and to make it worse, the food was not very good at all. I would stay here again but definitely go somewhere else to eat! Sorry Hilton, your restaurants are usually much better.

This is the most beautiful Hilton garden Inn that I have ever seen. It is modern, fresh, and new, with beautiful rooms and facilities. The staff is outstanding and welcoming. The most important thing about this hotel is that it is only about a 10 minute shuttle ride to Logan airport, and the shuttle runs every 15 minutes starting at 4 AM every day. They have seven and 14 day parking plans for about $90 per week, which is close to the amount that it costs to park at Logan airport for one day. This is a fantastic bargain, and it is much easier to park at the hotel and take the shuttle than it is to park at the airport. The shuttle drivers are kind and helpful, and the one who brought me back from the airport, drove me right to my car in the parking lot, so I wouldn’t have to drag the luggage from the hotel. Outstanding service! One suggestion is to improve the shuttle vehicles, some of which are noisy and a bit beat up.
