We decided to stay here based on the reviews and the hotel’s close proximity to the airport. My husband and I arrived at the airport around 8:00 PM and called for hotel transportation. I was told the shuttle would arrive in about 15 minutes, but it did not show up until almost an hour later. I had to call several times to follow up and request pickup. When the driver finally arrived, he appeared to have an attitude, did not get out to assist with our bags, and instead told my husband and I that there was no room on the shuttle. Apparently, that was his reason for showing up almost an hour later. However, that did not stop us from getting on. We were able to load our bags, and I was able to find a seat. Overall, the hotel was decent, but the shuttle experience was very disappointing and frustrating, especially after traveling and choosing this property because of its airport convenience.

The lobby restaurant/bar is great. My breakfast was perfect, the coffee was great. I ate dinner twice there. I got the chicken one night and a burger the next. Both were cooked perfectly. My room was clean, finally a hotel with comfy pillows, and the bed was not bad. The staff was tremendous. What great people all around, it made my stay all the more enjoyable. Location to everything especially the airport was clutch. I will stay here next time I am in town.

Great location roughly 10 min from Logan. Very friendly front desk staff, accommodating, and professional. Room was very spacious with all amenities necessary for a great stay. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower had very good pressure. Nice lobby, large indoor pool, and nice bar. Free shuttle every 15 min in the morning and 30 min in the afternoon.

My long stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport was more than just a hotel experience — it became a source of comfort and stability during a major transition in my life as I moved from Florida to Boston. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the incredible restaurant staff who went above and beyond every single day to make me feel welcomed, valued, and at home. A huge thank you and shoutout to Coreen, Loreen, Regina, Jahro, Oscar, Thressa, Stephanie, and Susan. Your kindness, conversations, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made all the difference during a stressful and emotional time. It’s rare to find a team that consistently creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere, but this group absolutely does. Whether it was remembering my order, checking in on how my move was going, or simply greeting me with a smile after a long day, they made the hotel feel like family. Thank you all for turning what could have been a difficult transition into something much easier and far more meaningful. I’ll never forget the care and compassion you showed me.

This hotel is a little cheaper compared to some other hotels! My mother was coming to Boston and we needed to pick her up. We went into the Bus Shuttle and we told him out location, he gave us a number and told us to call the hotel when we are coming back. It started raining and we went to the location, called, and the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes! The ride back was great! The Hotel feels nice, and has all the necessities. The room was cozy and comfy! A basic room with everything you need!

I stayed here 1 night before flight out of Logan and booked the parking package. Front desk was very friendly and professional, and answered all my questions. The room was very clean and fit all my luggage (I had a lot as I was going on a ski trip). The hotel is a short walk to the Orient Heights T station, about a half mile. I did the walk and it’s an easy ride into the city, the neighborhood felt safe enough. The next morning, the shuttles ran like clockwork- no issues waiting for a bus. The driver helped me get my skis on the bus. When I returned I called for a shuttle to pick me up at the airport and it was there in less than 10 minutes. Overall this was a great experience. If I have an early morning flight out of Logan again I would definitely consider staying here. Thank you for a great start and end to my vacation!

I did a room and parking bundle for the week I only needed six nights but paying for seven still saved me more money than parking somewhere else near the airport. The parking lot was almost full when I arrived but I managed to find a spot. The Hilton app didn't have my virtual card ready so I checked in at the front desk. Room was great. The shuttle lleaving the hotel was fine, I waited 5 mins. I called the hotel to say I needed a shuttle back to my car. No eta was given and I waited 45 mins. Almost called an Uber because it's a 5 min drive. My partner called after 24 minutes of waiting and then it was another 20 minutes till they came. If they said it was going to take that long I would have been more than happy to call an Uber. I would advise asking for an ETA or being okay waiting up to 45 mins for your shuttle back. They said they come every 15 minutes, which was not the case. When you've been traveling for 10 hours, haven't eaten dinner, and then still have a 2 hour drive home it's not ideal. Otherwise everything else was great.

Location from Boston Logan airport: airport : Free shuttle bus from the airport; pleaee call them beforehand and they will send out a bus. You can even call at the airport. literally a 5-minute drive. Tbh it was a little tricky to find at first So basically the bus stop is at the end on the opposite side. Rooms: Spacious, clean, and well equipped with tea and a coffee machine. Customer service: 2/5 — staff were a bit rude and seemed unbothered. They had a bar/ restaurant. Overall Comfortable stay a night.

Great hotel to stay. Very clean rooms and helpful staff! This was my families 2nd time staying here on our visit to Boston. Front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating! The area around hotel seemed very safe. Another plus for this hotel was that it was very close to the airport and they do provide a shuttle to the airport!
