Great stay at the Hilton! The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the highlight was the bar. Irene was my bartender and she was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made great drinks. She really made the experience even better. Definitely stop by the bar if she’s working!

Man! Where do I start? We travel quite a lot and so we have stayed in many hotels. For this trip my wife specifically told me to pick the homesuite place down the street because it was nice and we had stayed there before. I looked at this and the room looked ok. I was like, heck let's try something new. Damn did I mess up big time. My wife thought I was kidding when I told her we were staying there. She was soooo mad when we got there. The bathroom had this loud frigging exhaust going ALL day long. The room was cold as chuck. The lobby was like all super nice...people come to a hotel for the rooms. Maybe make the rooms nicer? The other thing is the stinginess of the hotel to not even give their guest a measly .50 cent little bottle of water. You charge like $160 for the room and cant afford to pay 2 dollars a night for water? Maybe less. A 48 pack of water is like 6 bucks or something like that. You want to charge 3 dollars for water to your guests? Do better. Embarrassing. The only thing keeping this at 2 stars is the location and the gym. Not half bad.

One of the best hiltons I've stayed. The front desk was courteous and patient with check in process. The rooms were well maintained, had a great pool view! My only complaint is while breakfast was included with my stay, the food court concierge thought I didn't check in and was a bit rude that I sat down without checking in with him. When I entered the breakfast area it was empty so I didn't think I had to check in. I may have not read the sign and wasn't told to check in before sitting down. They need to know how to handle guests who are new to this process without being harsh about it. Otherwise everything else was pleasant. Be prepared to walk a bit just to get to the elevator though!

The experience at the hotel was regular. The rooms were old and not very clean, with old and damaged furniture, and the bathroom in poor condition, including a toilet that was not working properly. As a positive aspect, the recreational area was pleasant and well maintained, although somewhat small. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations.

I had to stay at the Hilton for more than a week, and the hotel itself is very nice. The food is delicious, but the customer service does not match the quality of the hotel. Not only me, but my friends felt the same way. Most of the staff—especially the female front desk workers and those at the small bar—treated us with a horrible attitude. One time, I had a bad experience with one of the bartenders. Later, I said hi to one of my acquaintances, and that bartender went and told her all about our issue. I don’t understand why she had to talk about my personal business to someone else. Another issue was with my room. Mr. Vince was very nice and tried to help me fix the problem, but the front desk refused to make the change—even though it was something that should’ve been resolved the first day. I explained that I had already spoken with management, and they said maintenance wasn’t aware of the booking situation. Finally, I forgot an item worth over $300 in my room and noticed four days after I checked out. I called four days in a row, and it was impossible to get in contact with the person in charge of lost items. When I finally reached someone, they said they didn’t find anything—which gives me a big red flag. Either they don’t clean the rooms properly, or someone kept my belongings. Either way, I wouldn’t recommend a place where you don’t feel respected or where your belongings don’t feel secure.

BIGGEST problem I had was I woke up the second night there with three HUGE spider bites. Almost ended up going to urgent care. I woke up in the middle of the night itchy but didn’t think much of it. A few hours later my shoulder was swollen and super painful. It continued to get worse over the next 24 hours. I’m just grateful my daughter slept in the other bed and I’m the only one who got bitten. Three days later and it still hurts a lot and it super itchy. Not sure what kind of spider it was but it did some damage! Be careful here!! Also, food was way too expensive. Pool was only open from 10-8 and staff wasn’t very hospitable.

About 36 minutes from down town Salem. Here for Halloween events. Hotel is clean, organized and looks even better than photos. Indoor pool area is awesome. Restaurant has great food some items are over priced like 3 mini enpanadas for $16 but food was delicious and atmosphere made it all worth it. Will be staying at this hotel again next year and bringing family. Over all great experience and our 10 year old son loved it also.

Really nice hotel. Very clean and modern. Excellent restaurant. The room with a balcony was a nice touch but a bit loud being above the bar and restaurant. The breakfast was a bit meh. Not a lot of selection and on par with lower quality hotels. And the location was not the easiest to get to.

Our six-day stay at the Hilton Boston/Woburn was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had — completely unexpected from a Hilton-branded property. Despite multiple requests made both to the front desk and directly to the housekeeping supervisor, our room was cleaned only once — and that was on the fifth day of our stay. Every day, we were assured that someone would come by, yet no one did. Having to repeatedly chase basic housekeeping service at a full-service hotel was frustrating enough, but what happened next was truly unacceptable. When the room was finally cleaned, the housekeeping staff apparently vacuumed up my MagSafe charger. They managed to retrieve it from the vacuum, but the white rubber insulation had been completely stripped off, leaving only exposed wires. Instead of doing the right thing and informing me or disposing of the damaged item, they placed it back on the lamp stand as if nothing had happened — a clear disregard for guest safety and property. I immediately brought this to the attention of both the housekeeping supervisor and the front desk, and was told the issue would be “investigated.” Days passed with no follow-up or accountability. I then escalated the matter to Hilton’s corporate office, only to receive a closure notice less than 24 hours later — siding with the hotel after, allegedly, “speaking to the cleaning crew,” who claimed the charger was already in that condition. This experience left me with the impression that neither the local management nor corporate Hilton takes guest concerns seriously. Between the lack of basic room cleaning, careless property damage, and zero ownership or resolution, this hotel has demonstrated a serious failure in both service and integrity. As a frequent traveler who typically chooses Hilton for reliability and professionalism, I can honestly say this stay has shaken my trust in the brand. I hope Hilton takes a closer look at what’s happening at this location — because guests deserve far better than this.

My overall experience was disappointing. The lobby area looked quite fancy and the bar/restaurants were full every night we stayed, so I’m guessing they were doing something right there! The room we got though still felt quite dated despite apparent renovations. It directly opened into the pool area and though there was some kind of barricade, there was constant noise from the common area that was quite disturbing (pictured). The rooms don’t have a microwave so it was very inconvenient for us to heat up food when we needed to. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable, so was unable to sleep the night (literally). Not sure what the peephole on the door was for, because when I peeked into it, all I could see was nothingness. The toilet seat was extremely low lol, I was doing squats every time I used it and the flush was miserably broken - we had to flush multiple times (think 15 minutes) every time we used the bathroom, so plan ahead if you need to be somewhere! Parking was extremely inconvenient - we were lucky to have someone take their car out while we were figuring out what to do for 40ish minutes. I also had to wait in the lobby post checkout for a bit and gosh could anything be more uncomfortable! They have like two couches and a few chairs as soon as you enter the hotel. That’s it! That is it! And you’ve got to sit and deal with the general foot traffic that enters and leaves, while also facing front desk staff right in front of you. There’s no secluded seating area at all, weirdly! No way to charge your phone if you need to! And worst of all, very uncomfortable seating arrangements and location in the lobby. The people at the front desk were very kind and both check-in and check-out were seamless though. Not sure I’d come back here. I think the room and where it was located played a big role in my experience, and the location of the hotel itself is also quite interior compared to most others I’ve stayed at.
