The Hilton Boston/Woburn offers a contemporary design and comfortable accommodations, with several positive reviews highlighting its attractive atrium and convenient location near Boston. However, recurring concerns center around inconsistent housekeeping, outdated room features, and occasionally unfriendly staff service. Overall, the hotel presents a mixed experience with pockets of excellence offset by notable shortcomings.
The hotel is really beautiful inside and outside. . Housekeeping was terrible skipped over our room after me letting her know we need towels for the room to be cleaned while we were out! Of course it didn’t happen, when we returned the front desk basically said they ran out of towels and stuff. . I was confused bc he stated the hotel wasn’t fully booked. .? huge hotel and only 1 elevator working is crazy. . The wait was insane. . Hotel is pricey for them not have a great housekeeping staff and towels.
We stayed at the Hilton Boston/Woburn and had a fantastic experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. One of our favorite features was the beautiful indoor atrium with its impressive glass dome ceiling and balcony-style room layout overlooking the pool area. The kids absolutely loved the unique design and enjoyed looking out from the balconies and spending time in the pool. It felt like being in a resort while still being close to Boston. The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the on-site restaurant was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting the area.
Hilton Boston/Woburn was a great stay, especially for a family graduation trip. We stayed for two nights, and the hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well designed. I really loved the artistry throughout the hotel because it gave the space a modern and stylish feel. The rooms were excellent and very comfy, which made it easy to relax after being out with family. The hotel also has a very nice restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner, which was convenient and made the stay even better. Another plus is the indoor pool, which is a nice feature for families or anyone who wants to unwind. Parking was also very convenient. There was plenty of free parking available outside and inside, which is always a bonus, especially when traveling with family. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at Hilton Boston/Woburn. It is a great option if you do not want to stay directly in the city but still want to be close enough to Boston, which is only about 20 to 30 minutes away. Great hotel, great location, and a very comfortable stay.
A wonderful stay, and top of the line service. I'd first like to say my heartfelt thank you to Leslie, who made my breakfast absolutely delightful. A wonderful conversationalist, recommendations ready to go, attentive, positive, she exemplified the gold start standard of service that makes work travel worth the time away from home. The rooms were quite nice, I loved the atrium view from the 4th floor, and the hotel staff and cleaning service were all quite professional. My room even featured a white noise system, allowing me to feel like I was the only one there and help me test that much more easily. This helped as the week I was staying the hotel was booked for some sort of youth sports event, the staff did a wonderful job keeping the energy if the teams high while my room remained quiet and peaceful. My thanks to everyone's part in my experience
I recently stayed at the Hilton Boston/Woburn for the weekend and was immediately introduced to the “caliber” of the establishment upon check-in. I was informed there would be a $75 per day hold, which I have yet to find disclosed anywhere on their website. When I politely asked about it, the front desk associate responded in a tone that implied I must have never stayed at a hotel of this caliber before. After my stay, I now have a much clearer understanding of exactly what that caliber is. Apparently, at this level of hospitality, guests share one single microwave for the entire hotel, conveniently located in the lobby. Because nothing says luxury like riding the elevator in your pajamas to reheat leftovers next to the front desk. My first room added to the experience when the TV didn’t work at all, requiring a room change. The second room was a continuation of the adventure. The bathroom ventilation system ran constantly and was covered in dust, the tub grout showed mildew, and the tub stopper was broken and sitting on the side of the tub like it had simply given up. The bathroom also featured chipped paint, and the toilet required holding the handle down for an extended period just to flush, each time creating the suspenseful feeling that it might overflow. In the bedroom, the décor included bubbling wallpaper and a ceiling with visible repair spots from previous water damage, adding an unexpected “renovation-in-progress” aesthetic. If this is the level of “caliber” that warrants implying guests are unfamiliar with quality hotels, I would hate to see what the budget version looks like. I travel frequently and rarely leave reviews, but this stay was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Hopefully, management takes the opportunity to focus less on the implied prestige of the property and more on the basic upkeep and guest experience that actually define a hotel’s caliber.
Great stay at the Hilton! The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the highlight was the bar. Irene was my bartender and she was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made great drinks. She really made the experience even better. Definitely stop by the bar if she’s working!
Man! Where do I start? We travel quite a lot and so we have stayed in many hotels. For this trip my wife specifically told me to pick the homesuite place down the street because it was nice and we had stayed there before. I looked at this and the room looked ok. I was like, heck let's try something new. Damn did I mess up big time. My wife thought I was kidding when I told her we were staying there. She was soooo mad when we got there. The bathroom had this loud frigging exhaust going ALL day long. The room was cold as chuck. The lobby was like all super nice...people come to a hotel for the rooms. Maybe make the rooms nicer? The other thing is the stinginess of the hotel to not even give their guest a measly .50 cent little bottle of water. You charge like $160 for the room and cant afford to pay 2 dollars a night for water? Maybe less. A 48 pack of water is like 6 bucks or something like that. You want to charge 3 dollars for water to your guests? Do better. Embarrassing. The only thing keeping this at 2 stars is the location and the gym. Not half bad.
One of the best hiltons I've stayed. The front desk was courteous and patient with check in process. The rooms were well maintained, had a great pool view! My only complaint is while breakfast was included with my stay, the food court concierge thought I didn't check in and was a bit rude that I sat down without checking in with him. When I entered the breakfast area it was empty so I didn't think I had to check in. I may have not read the sign and wasn't told to check in before sitting down. They need to know how to handle guests who are new to this process without being harsh about it. Otherwise everything else was pleasant. Be prepared to walk a bit just to get to the elevator though!
The experience at the hotel was regular. The rooms were old and not very clean, with old and damaged furniture, and the bathroom in poor condition, including a toilet that was not working properly. As a positive aspect, the recreational area was pleasant and well maintained, although somewhat small. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations.
My fiancé and I came for Halloween. We got there around 11am. I made reservations months in advance so you would think room is saved RIGHT! I was willing to pay extra to check in early to get ready and go to salem... We go in and get treated by two women (Hispanic) and they are not nice!!! Down right RUDE! TOLD ME SORRY YOU'LL HAVE TO GO ON A LIST TO GET A ROOM.???? I MADE A RESERVATION!! WHAT I shouldn't have to go on a list i should have a room i should be able to check in i get it's early but I still paid for a room months ago! So I did some calling while we sit waiting while others get checked in... A couple other hotels up the street said yes well take you right now no problem that was at 12:45 when I spoke to them we had already been there for over an hour on the waiting list watching people check in group by group. I got told if I canceled my reservation\n And on the website, it straight up said I could check-in early but it didn't tell me that when I got there, I wasn't gonna be able to check-in and I was gonna have to wait. For over four hours , just to check in and that these women were gonna ignore me until I walked by them to go to the bathroom to get a call either. It was awful ppl who got there after us got the room before us even. She said she'd call me but I almost left at 2. I went to the restroom and got a text from the other hotel giving me a great deal I was going to take it to because I felt these women were just out right being mean! As I walked out i got a call we fi ally got a room at 3! We got up to the room and I looked around it was alright but sho ked I waited so long for a room that wasn't actually clean! No liners in the trash cans, Hair all over the shower, something all over the wall and you could see the floor had not been vacuumed at all! Im a hilton member to! I know you don't operate like this! As I write this i stay in one tonight and it is by far better then there, it's a shame! I will say your staff that ran your bar and grill were absolutely ? amazing! If it wasn't for them I would have left. They went above and beyond!
