I had a late check-in, and even at midnight, Derek was super sweet, welcoming, and efficient. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast did what it needed to do. The parking garage was a bit tight, but I’m a good driver, so I made it work. ?

Great rooms. Clean. Friendly. Breakfast was full and hot. Parking can get tight, plan accordingly! Definatley stay again due to close proximity to train and Science Museum.

The location of the Hotel is very good since once can travel with Subway to anywhere in Boston. The room was clean and cozy and the staff were friendly to help out even at 3AM. I would recommend to choose Hampton Inn for the stay over other near by options.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the breakfast ladies, and the breakfast was excellent. But the hotel has several issues, and I won't stay there again. This Hampton hotel only had one luggage cart for a seven story building. I had to make two trips to the claustrophobic parking garage to get everything to my room. There was one partial roll of bathroom tissue in the room and no extras, so I had to request more. The worst issue was that I had asked for a room on a high floor, away from the elevator so I could sleep well during my three-day stay. But I was given a room with a connecting door, and I could hear much of what the neighbors said. They also had a dog that barked occasionally. I couldn't face changing rooms after I had already unpacked, so I slept with a pillow over my head. Definitely not up to the usual Hilton/Hampton Inn standards. I am editing to add that the room did not have a microwave.

Older hotel showing its age a bit. Positive: room rates were ok and there was free underground parking. Not so great: Both chairs in the room had stains in them (see pics). One looks like a Semen stain...the second I don't even want to guess what it is/where it came from. water damage on the ceiling of the room was showing. Heating/cooling not optimal - could not keep the room cool at night. Had temp controls on the heater/ac unit under the window and also on the wall - no clear instructions on how to make sure the right one was used.

I booked this hotel on the app for Jun 2026 selecting the Hilton honors discount rate. Not one of the two below it that said nonrefundable. Imagine my surprise when my card was charged in full the next day. Apparently in small print at checkout it states nonrefundable. The manager refused to cancel and refund as it is an event weekend. Another surprise for me. 8 months away they can easily resell the room and probably for more money but will not budge. Must not think much of their hotel. Long term Hilton Honors member no more.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Cambridge while in Boston for work, and it honestly made the whole trip way easier. The location is perfect—just a quick walk to the Lechmere station, so I didn’t have to mess with driving or parking downtown. Super convenient for meetings in the city. The hotel itself was spotless. My room felt fresh every day, and even the lobby and breakfast area were always clean. The staff deserves a shout-out too—they really go out of their way. My flight got delayed coming in, and I didn’t land until way past midnight. I called ahead, and the front desk not only held my room but also gave me tips on grabbing a late-night snack nearby when I finally got in. It was such a relief after a stressful travel day. The bed was really comfortable, Wi-Fi worked without a hitch, and the free breakfast was better than expected—good coffee, plenty of options, and never ran out. All around, it was a great stay. If you’re heading to Boston for work (or fun), this Hampton Inn is a solid pick.

This is a strange hotel. I stay at Hampton Inn's a lot while traveling, and this one just sadly falls short. The rooms are insanely loud, paper thin walls, air conditioner clunking, loud traffic outside, right next to the train tracks and under the flight path of the airport, etc. Really struggled to get a good night of sleep. The rooms are smaller than I am used to, fit and finish was low quality. The parking garage is borderline unusable if you have anything other than a subcompact, it is very poorly designed and the spots are too small to use correctly. It is also first come first serve, and you cannot reserve a spot, which kind of defeats the point when you specifically pick a hotel because it says "free parking garage". I was not provided free bottled water when checking in as a Hilton Honors member, something I have never experienced before. The bottled water in the lobby is very expensive, and you have basically no other options unless you want to drink tap water. The staff were all very nice to me, breakfast was good, and the proximity to the Green line was helpful for getting into the city. Nothing bad happened to me while staying here, I guess I just expected a higher quality experience for how expensive this place is.

The room with a king bed was slightly smaller compared to others we’ve stayed in, but it was still spacious enough and comfortable. It included a mini refrigerator, which was useful, though there was no microwave in the room. We had to use the microwave in the lobby, which was a bit inconvenient, especially for late-night use. It’s worth noting that the hotel does not provide microwaves upon request. Housekeeping is offered every other day, which was adequate but something to keep in mind for longer stays.

Recently stayed here while visiting family in the area. Overall, it was a decent stay and I would likely stay again if in the area. I'll explain some pros and cons. We had to add an extra night due to flight issues, and staff were accommodating, which we appreciated, but we were then charged more than I was told we would be for the additional night, which was disappointing/frustrating. It was one of the only hotels in the area that included parking, but parking is in a very tight garage (and many of the spots are parallel parking only), just FYI. Rooms were decent sized and clean, beds were comfortable, but our shower had shampoo and shower gel (no conditioner) and you can definitely hear the train all night. Breakfast was included and there were 2 waffle makers, eggs and smoked sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, bananas, apples, and bread, as well as coffee and some other drink options.
