This hotel, while convenient to downtown Boston, isn’t worth the penny they charge. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights, and while the room itself was nice, we’ve had a poor experience. Our toilet would clog with nearly every flush, housekeeping left behind our dirty towels, and we found someone else’s sock in the corner of the room. the fridge was unplugged, and once plugged in it barely worked so we needed them to bring a new one. And they never did. Our curtain rod broke, I requested for someone to come and fix it, and that didn’t happen either. The hotel restaurant was nearly $100 for breakfast, the coupons they give you at check in are nice but…still $80 for two people for a breakfast that was mediocre is insane. The other amenities in the hotel though were great. I highly recommend MJ O’Connor’s If you’re staying here! But please be warned, the rooms are also mediocre at best. If you can choose somewhere else to stay, I would.

The hotel is located in nowhere and the 8 mins uber to go anywhere is $25 each way so does not make sense to stay here! I arrived on June 3 at 11:30 am and the reception personnel was not friendly. The room was old and smelled like sweat from the cleaning staff that cleaned it. it smelled like sweat for all my stay, disgusting. The food from the lobby bar was given to me warm not hot so it did not taste good. Then when I lost my key and wanted to access my room, the reception personnel (another one on June 4) was very unfriendly and with poker face and made feel like I'm fraud. I checked out from room 721 at 10 am and then at 5 pm I remembered that I forgot my diamond ring in the room on the bed. I called and spoke to Jack in security who said he will let me know if it is reported. I asked him to call because the ring is worth $2000 and means a lot to me. He never called me back so I called again and he said that the hospitality staff manager did not report yet, I said please call me back to let me know what happened. He never called and my ring is lost with the wind without any follow up calls from the hotel. They should have respected my feelings and called me. The restaurants in the hotel are average, the pool is indoors. I did not like anything about it and I will never be back. everything was negative and bad about my stay. I was really disappointed with Westin . I wish I booked at OMNI across the street! I trusted the name "Westin" but was utterly disappointed. I will write this review on Google as well.

One of the best places in Boston to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is great. There is also a COMEDY CLUB inside! Parking is very reasonable. It's close to everything. The pool is pretty run down otherwise 5 stars all day.

Exactly what you would expect from a Westin, smells great once you step inside with friendly knowledgable staff, impressive large screen showing areas of Boston, nice bar/restaurant, gift shop, Starbucks, plenty of lobby area seating and several elevators with plenty of room. The room itself was very clean, quiet, spacious, good shower, comfortable bed with a nice view of the city, and the usual white tea toiletries that smell great. The breakfast selection was vast and delicious. Mine was complimentary but would definitely recommend it. Servers were very nice too. Lastly the location is right next to the convention center, plenty of food options around, and a couple blocks from the seaport area with lots to do there.

The room was clean and amazing . The service was too notch for how busy it was with a convention going on the employees were so helpful and on top of it . The gym has baybrokms with showers that are clean with soap shampoo and warm towels . Well worth it . The location you can't beat for how much the seaport district has been built up the last few years. Best hotel in the district now.

We had a lovely family staycation! The beds were so comfortable and views were wonderful! We enjoyed the pool and the great service from ro ro at check in and assistance from Otto with the bags. We appreciate all the kindness and attention to detail for our stay! We will definitely return!

Loved this hotel! The location is amazing and walkable to so many great restaurants, shopping and the waterfront. Our hotel room was great, but the real highlight was the in house virtual personal trainer ALANA LEGER wellness. Having a guided, high quality workout right in my room or in the fitness studio felt like a luxury. Such a cool and thoughtful amenity. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Arrived on a Thursday evening after a more than seven hour drive from Southeastern Pennsylvania that cemented in my mind that no one in the state of Connecticut knows how to drive. Seriously, I’ve seen serial killer confession tapes show more evidence of empathy and respect for others. As we pulled up to the hotel entrance, two things became very clear; this place was way too classy for our little family, and no less than 7,000 other people had swarmed the lobby, attempting to check in at the same time as us. Only parking available was valet at $65 a night, which I found out was fairly reasonable for Boston. Our reservation had check-in listed as 4 PM. It was 8 PM by the time I was able to reach the front desk where I was told that our room was not yet ready. It took another hour before we had room keys. To be fair, the hotel was hosting a convention that weekend and the staff was visibly overwhelmed. The layout of this establishment was both gorgeous and confusing. It took a long while to get a firm grasp of where everything was. There’s a lobby bar, Irish pub-style restaurant, breakfast buffet($32/person), and a gift shop where a bottle of water will set you back $8. Overall, our experience was positive, but expensive. Things seem to close early in the area, giving the impression that there’s not much of a nightlife in the Seaport district. If you have the wallet for it, and are looking for a classy base of operations for a trip to Boston, it’s not a bad place to stay. Both the staff and other guests were pleasant and considerate, unlike every miserable soul I encountered on the road through Connecticut.

An awesome hotel; I can safely say I've never stayed anywhere where the staff were this professional, interested, and friendly. When we ordered a gluten allergy accommodating meal from room service, they actually called us back out of genuine concern at confirming the details and getting the order right; that's never happened before. David at the front desk especially was AMAZING! My stay was significantly better because of him. Thank you David!

Rooms were nice with great views. Location was perfect for where I needed to be. The service was with a smile and great except when it came to an issue of no body soap in the bathroom shower. I messaged on the app... No reply. The next morning I called to inform of the issue and no response to my previous message and was told they'll get some up to my room right away. 2.5 hours later, nothing. It wasn't until I returned that night that is was full. I spoke to the desk at checkout when asked if everything was ok.
