?????????? Amazing stay at the Hampton Inn Braintree! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from start to finish. A special shoutout to the general manager, Selina, who truly goes above and beyond; professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making guests feel at home. Also, the front desk agent Shayna was fantastic! Friendly, helpful, and made check-in smooth and pleasant. Their excellent service really sets this hotel apart. Highly recommend!

The first two mornings, the breakfast was pretty delightful. On the third morning, there was a group of hockey kids there and absolutely destroyed the breakfast bar. The employee attending to the breakfast bar did not clean up the mess. People were walking in syrup and waffle batter, as she sat in the side room on her cell phone watching videos. Shower curtain in tub valves have not been maintained. Dripping in shower,and shower curtains, drooping, not latch to walls very well.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The best parts were that they have a shuttle that will transport you to any location in a 4 mile radius, including the local train station to Boston. They're also right across the street from an excellent local brewery with food!

This hotel is in dire need of a complete renovation, and is currently far below Hampton Inn quality standards. Carpets smelled moldy. The temperature control in our room did not work, and both our room and the common area were very warm and humid. The staff offered to move us to another room, but that room also had issues. After finding a roach in the bathroom, we checked out and found another hotel.

Our family has stayed at Hampton Inn - Boston Braintree, MA on many occasions. It’s near multiple attractions we normally visit, but it’s in a quiet corner so we can enjoy our rest after all the excitement. The price is reasonable. The hotel is clean and the staff is great. Our most recent stay was on Saturday 12/6/2025 and the lady who helped us with check-in on that afternoon is the best! I forgot to ask for her name, but she has been so helpful and friendly and considerate. We had 4 different room reservations but once she realized that we were together, she arranged for our rooms to be close together, before we even asked. She is definitely a testament to excellent service!

Even offered me cookies, mmm so good. The room itself was spotless and well-prepared with all the essentials I needed. While the décor looked a little dated, it seems they are actively working on updating the rooms, which is encouraging. The quiet atmosphere and fresh linens still made it easy to relax after a long day. Breakfast in the morning was another highlight—fresh options, a well-stocked buffet, and staff who kept everything tidy and replenished. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in creating a stress-free, guest-focused environment. Overall, Hampton Inn delivered comfort, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. With the updates underway, I expect future stays will be even better.

Great overall experience. Staff very professional, helpful, friendly. Effective shuttle service. Cleanliness all over even when some repair and paint done in areas. 10/10 hot breakfast quality, changed daily. Rooms spacious clean and comfortable.

Very overpriced but rooms are nice and pool & hot tub are good when they are functioning. Pet friendly. Staff is good. Breakfast also good! Near restaurants, bars and shopping. Close to highway.

Stopped here for two days in a recent trip to Boston. Hotel was clean but needs some updating. Location was on an industrial estate but convenient for the highway, the MBTA and the local shopping mall. Breakfast was decent and overall good value for money
