I’ve been staying at the Hilton for about a week, and the experience has been immaculate. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. You can tell the General Manager takes pride in running a great hotel, and that attitude carries through the team. The customer service was on task and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to be productive. The location was also ok, close to great restaurants and attractions around the city. I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in years. From the moment I walked in, the property impressed me with its clean, modern vibe, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The location was perfect, the bed was heavenly, and the overall service was top-notch. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone. But what truly elevated this stay from great to outstanding was Monique at the front desk. She is an absolute gem and a true asset to this hotel. Check-in was a breeze because of her warm, professional, and efficient approach. She greeted me with a genuine smile, remembered my name throughout my stay, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. When I mentioned needing a quiet room for work calls, she personally ensured I got accommodated with an upgraded room with a great view.

Staff very nice. Place was clean and presentable. Bed was a little off with a dip in the middle but not too much of a big deal. Bathroom was clean but had some rust areas. Toilet was somewhat clean. Normal hurry and wipe clean but I had my cleaner and alcohol so it was do able. Overall. This is a good place to stay. Felt comfortable.

Also, the front desk agent Shayna was fantastic! Friendly, helpful, and made check-in smooth and pleasant. Their excellent service really sets this hotel apart. Highly recommend!

The first two mornings, the breakfast was pretty delightful. On the third morning, there was a group of hockey kids there and absolutely destroyed the breakfast bar. The employee attending to the breakfast bar did not clean up the mess. People were walking in syrup and waffle batter, as she sat in the side room on her cell phone watching videos. Shower curtain in tub valves have not been maintained. Dripping in shower,and shower curtains, drooping, not latch to walls very well.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The best parts were that they have a shuttle that will transport you to any location in a 4 mile radius, including the local train station to Boston. They're also right across the street from an excellent local brewery with food!

This hotel is in dire need of a complete renovation, and is currently far below Hampton Inn quality standards. Carpets smelled moldy. The temperature control in our room did not work, and both our room and the common area were very warm and humid. The staff offered to move us to another room, but that room also had issues. After finding a roach in the bathroom, we checked out and found another hotel.

Our family has stayed at Hampton Inn - Boston Braintree, MA on many occasions. It’s near multiple attractions we normally visit, but it’s in a quiet corner so we can enjoy our rest after all the excitement. The price is reasonable. The hotel is clean and the staff is great. Our most recent stay was on Saturday 12/6/2025 and the lady who helped us with check-in on that afternoon is the best! I forgot to ask for her name, but she has been so helpful and friendly and considerate. We had 4 different room reservations but once she realized that we were together, she arranged for our rooms to be close together, before we even asked. She is definitely a testament to excellent service!
