Debbie Halcott’s customer service is impeccable. She helped carry a chair to be able to set me a place in one of the tables. Her smile is contagious and she ensured my husband, myself, and my group were all comfortable. Thank you, Debbie for making our first experience here in Verve Hotel in Natick a memorable one. We had a wonderful stay at The Verve Hotel. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had such a fun atmosphere, but what really made the experience stand out was the amazing staff — especially Sarah. Sarah was everywhere during our stay, helping at breakfast every morning and then again at the bar at night. She was consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming to everyone. You can tell she truly cares about the guests and takes pride in her work. One moment that especially stood out was when she kindly made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for me to take in the car for my son between his soccer games. It was such a thoughtful gesture during a hectic weekend and meant so much to us. The Verve is lucky to have someone like Sarah on their team. She made our stay feel personal and memorable, and we will definitely be back!

The Verve Hotel in Natick is a great find. The decor is fun and quirky... it has a personality that sets it apart from your typical business hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were greeted by Noelle, who was an absolute standout. She had great energy and was genuinely helpful, making sure all of our questions were answered before we headed to our room. Speaking of rooms, they're well laid out for a business stay, with everything where you'd want it. And here's a small thing that made a big impression, an actual bar of soap in the bathroom. In a world of wall-mounted shower gels, it was a surprisingly welcome touch. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area.

What a great hotel! I was at The Verve in January for our Boston AI Summit and it was a great event. Being at the hotel again for our second event this week was just as awesome. I love the fun 80’s music that is always playing. It really gives am upbeat“vibe”. The memorabilia throughout the hotel creates a nostalgia that just makes you smile. The team is really accommodating and helpful. Zena is especially amazing- Every hotel should have one of her at their front desk! Her warm and welcoming personality makes you feel happy to be staying at a hotel. Noelle was also so wonderful and warm. Working with Christine and Cameron in Sales and Robin and her team in Catering (Gene and Marcelo and Liana) were also great to work with. I would love to come back for another meeting, or even for leisure. The Verve Natick is a wonderful property!

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received during my recent stays at The Verve Hotel, Natick. I must commend your front desk clerk, Ellen, who truly exemplifies what great customer service should be. On my first visit, I mistakenly thought I had left my prescription in my room. Ellen went above and beyond, making three trips to locate it for me. Thankfully, I later found it at home, but her dedication and persistence were incredibly impressive. What stood out to me even more was when I returned a week later; she greeted me with a warm smile and inquired if I had found the bottle. It is rare to encounter someone who cares so deeply about guests' concerns. Overall, I want to say how much I adored staying at your hotel. The atmosphere, combined with exceptional staff like Ellen, made my experience truly memorable. Please extend my thanks to her and the entire team for making my visits so pleasant. What an amazing time we had at The VERVE Hotel in Natick. We were attending the Dueling Pianos show there but got there a little early and headed to Violet Thorn, the bar. What a gorgeous space! We were quickly greeted by Ivan, who took great care of us before we headed over to the awesome space for Dueling Pianos. Jackie was our server there and she was just amazing. It was busy but we were provided with wonderful service throughout the night. The food was amazing. Each table received this delicious dip with warm pita chips. Our table also ordered the chicken tenders, eggs and flatbread pizza. Each dish was presented beautifully but also tasted amazing. We had so much fun and enjoying everything about The VERVE!

Elvis, Marilyn and Genie; what a fun property! Late 20th century theming in public spaces was almost Disney-like in its completeness. Well done! Lounge was comfortable well stocked and had friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was well above average for “breakfast included” hotels with operating hours which complement leisure travel- hostess also very friendly managing the space well. Our room was comparable to others in this price range without the heavy theming of public areas. King mattress was firm but worked. Bathroom was adequately sized without cramping. A little noise did come thru from the adjoining room but was not a show stopper. I’ll stay here again and would gladly explore other Hilton niche properties. See if you can find Evel’s picture!

This is my first time at the Verve. I’ve usually stay at the same location and thought I’d try it this time. The location is great and Noelle at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond sharing all of the I formation that I would need to have the best stay. Others will have a high standard to follow with Noelle leaving the first impression on guests.

Zena K. Is the best I felt very welcomed as soon as I check in. I feel like home. Willing to help at any time with a warm smile. I will definitely recommend Zena at this location she deserves recognition. Her service exceeded my expectations. I’ve learned a lot about Hilton through her as I’ve been diamond member since. Thanks Zena I’ll definitely schedule another visit @ this location. Happy new year??

Stephanie and Pam helped us so much and all the staff was phenomenal. Great location! You can walk to mall and everything's so close. Love the hotel! So many fun retro details. They took such good care of us from beginning to end and we always stay hete every time we come out.
