This hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, everything was wonderful. The property looks beautiful and is incredibly well-maintained, but what really stood out was just how exceptionally clean and spotless everything was. ?The room was pristine, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere that made it easy to relax. It’s rare to find a place where the attention to detail matches the initial "wow" factor, but this hotel delivers on all fronts. ?The staff was welcoming, the environment was immaculate, and the entire experience was top-notch. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommended!

The hotel is quite good for the price point. Clean modern lobby and dining area, elevators were clean and seemed well maintained, pool and gym area also looked well equipped and well maintained. The room was spacious, clean, and thankfully not cluttered with too much unnecessary furniture. The king bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The air conditioning functioned perfectly and allows you quite a bit of leeway as to what temperature you would like your room to be. Overall this is worth the stay and price for this area. One small note to watch for is that I booked this room on Booking for the stated price of $219.91 ($196.88 plus $23.04 tax - I know this actually equals $219.92 but .91 is the price Booking confirmed). The hotel then charged me $281.57 ($252.08 plus $14.37 state tax and $15.12 local tax). Not sure why the numbers are so off.

It's unfortunate but I need to leave a negative review because after three days of reporting that when using the plug in our bathroom for the hairdryer, it would trip the fuse and cause the lights to go off in the bathroom...the one light leaving us in the dark until engineering would fix it. We were never offered another room and the problem was never fixed during our stay. To make this all an even more frustrating experience, we have emailed both managers for the hotel, Troy and Rebeca, with zero response. Sad that this hotel does not have a better understanding that when the customer reaches out, you should respond. Might be a good hotel if you have zero needs and everything works as it should.

Beautiful hotel! The service is amazing and sooooo nice. Turned my bad day into a pleasant evening in a comfortable, nice room. They accommodated me at the last minute. Front desk was so nice and understanding of a bad situation. They made it right! A lovely hotel and stay!

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have been to. You walk in and it’s so open, you don’t feel like you’re in a typical suburban chain hotel. Things were modern and bright. This was probably one of the nicest breakfasts from a hotel. Many, many options.

Updated. The hotel is very clean, nice amenities, and a good hot breakfast. Location is also very convenient to many restaurants and the highway. They do surprise you with a $150 incidental hold for a single night stay. This is written nowhere during booking or in hotel policies, I checked everywhere before I stayed— incidental holds are typically only $50 per night if any. Bad start.. but ultimately a decent nights stay.

Very beautiful hotel! The exercise room was huge and hade wipes to wipe down the equipment. Multiple areas to sit or eat in the lobby. The breakfast was always fantastic! The room was great but I suggest bringing ur own pillows. You also need to call for room service cleaning. The TV was a pretty good size, and the bathroom was nice.

Our recent experience at the Hampton Inn Boston Woburn was positive. The staff demonstrated professionalism and provided excellent service; specifically, Anthony was particularly helpful during the checkout process. The hotel's proximity to various dining options, including Chick-fil-A, 110 Grill, and Maki Maki Japanese restaurant, was convenient. The lobby was well-maintained, and a bar is available for guests. The guest room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Overall, our stay was without incident, and we plan to return to the Hampton Inn Woburn for future visits.

Our room was fine, not great. The tub filled while taking a shower. The bed was high off the floor which made it difficult for a shorter person to get in and out of, and I sunk into my bed making it difficult to move around in bed. Everything else was good. The location, while very convenient and close to the highway exit, was noisy all night because it was close to the highway exit. I heard trucks down-shifting quite often even though the window was closed.

Room was clean, we are giving Anthony a five star review for his help when we needed it, he knows what we went through on our vacation and he saved the day. Location is perfect for our trip. Breakfast was great
