The accommodations were OK. The bed was good. The neighborhood is nothing to write home about… But… be forwarned that the hotel is right next to The Green Line T. So you hear the train going by every three minutes. If that’s OK with you then get a room here. For me, it’s a dealbreaker. I shall not be returning.

Perfectly serviceable. Pros: - Highly convenient location - Very helpful desk staff Cons: - Hotel is not the quietest due to its adjacency to a major road in the city. My room wasn't as loud as some others apparently are (for example, I never heard the noise of the nearby train as some other reviewers said they did) but it is a consideration. - Room alarm clock with built in charger was broken and also only had a charger for old Apple Lightning charger phones - Free breakfast was not inedible, but certainly below the standard I've come to expect from other Fairfields - Minor dust on lampshades and small scuffs/stains on furniture - Walk-in shower had one of those annoying glass doors that never quite closes all the way All of those complaints are quite minor on their own but taken together they do add up. I would encourage the management to refresh the room furnishings slightly and improve the quality of the breakfast buffet.

Michelle and Jean are so helpful! My mom had made a booking, but then when I moved apartments, we decided to have her stay with me. They were able to accommodate our request to cancel, even though she had booked through Booking.com. We were so grateful for their flexibility and kind customer service. 12/10 would recommend!

The location is excellent; within walking distance to several restaurants and a CVS right nearby for essentials. Breakfast: Above average with daily variety. I really appreciated the milk alternatives! The staff kept the area clean, stocked, and were very attentive. Service: The front desk was courteous and quick to help when we needed extra towels. Gym: Well-equipped and surprisingly quiet, we had the whole space to ourselves. Areas for Improvement: While the hotel was generally clean, our shower had a significant amount of mildew, and the in-room fridge didn't cool well. Also, the coffee was cold one morning, though the rest of the breakfast was great. Note for drivers: Parking is $40/night. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay. We would return!

We had a very pleasant stay—great location, close to MIT, Harvard, children’s museum, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff members were very friendly, especially the receptionist Gabi—she was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and updated (trains passing by could be a little noisy though). Hot breakfast was also a plus! I would stay here again!

Not for noise sensitive traveler: bring your ear plugs. If you are noise sensitive and not wedded to Marriott, go to Kimpton or Sonesta Clean room and nice staff. Good location. Close to Sanofi Cambridge office. The issue was constant noise at night from outside traffic and train. Also the floor seems thin and you hear a lot of noise of people walking and dragging luggage. No humidifier available. Again, nice staff, clean and safe. Fine bed. The location and construction makes this hotel just noisy.

My family stayed here while in Boston for a couple of days. Kiddos are 11 and 9. We all agreed it was a great hotel and would definitely stay again! Mary at breakfast was wonderful! Very kind and very helpful. Overall, I was a great stay! Highly recommend.

Wonderful!! Clean and updated. Spacious rooms. Dental kit upon asking, which was our own fault for forgetting a few things, water bottles for every member that were cold upon arrival and amazing customer service despite the t train which is a plus having it so nearby obviously it means you’ll have to hear the noise that’s not that big of a deal if you want the location amenities like inclusive breakfast, and free parking

I had a great experience in this hotel. The breakfast is excellent. Super healthy. Michelle and Gabi at the front desk were very helpful and nice. There's cafe, water and tea 24/7. Also in the rooms. The location is perfect since you have Lechmere station (green line) that connects you to wherever you want to go. But also you can walk to downtown Boston from there very easily. I loved my room. Had everything. I stayed for 6 night and I choose "no housekeeping/cleaning" and i had towels foe my whole stay as well as toiletries. I just want to mention that the taxi that they ask for me to go to the airport was with a fixed rate (instead of by the meter) and it was way more expensive than coming from the airport.

Convenient location, but I was given a really noisy room where there was some kind of pump running in the background all night. It simply wasn't worth my time to go complain and get a new room. Also, the sink was dirty and bed was made very poorly, the quilt was tucked such that it came to a little over my waist and by the time I woke up, the fitted sheet had come off completely. Will not be staying here again, especially considering the cost.
