YOTEL Boston is a modern, compact micro-hotel in a prime Seaport location praised for its futuristic design, cleanliness, and exceptional staff service. Reviews indicate the rooms are efficient but extremely tight for more than one person, as they lack privacy, storage, and basic amenities like fridges.

Very cool/unique hotel. Room was spotless, well laid out, and everything worked. Yeah room is kinda small but you're in Boston, go explore the city! Would stay here again for sure. Cool rooftop bar too.

Lovely compact room! The queen is perfect for one person, felt like a dorm room but cooler. Very clean, The bed raising feature is actually very useful, the lights are a cool touch, the towel warmer was a delightful surprise! Staff were kind, always greeted me at the door and serviced the room well. Great location in the heart of seaport.

Just stayed here for two nights, and it went well! Didn't know exactly what to expect out of a micro-hotel, but the room was super efficient -- definitely encouraged being on the go considering it was basically just a shower + a bed. The buttons to pull the couch out into a bed were also fun to press; ended up finding it comfortable to sleep with the mattress at just the right angle. The TV in the room and the QR code for room service weren't working, would have liked to try those or at least have them be functional. Staff was great as well -- the person assisting people with the kiosks was quick and friendly about getting the door keys programmed, seemed like he saw this happen a lot. Shout out to Carol at the front desk, who assisted with check-out early in the morning; she was in a very pleasant mood, which was appreciated and a great way to end my Boston trip.

I understand the rooms are small but I don't need much room anyway. The staff was so welcoming and great the two days I stayed there. The hotel staff went beyond in assisting finding my wallet which I ended up finding in my luggage. I totally appreciate them for that. At the end of it I will be staying there everytime.

I definitely understand the reviews of the room being small, because it is but I had a great stay here! The staff was top notch! Polite, accommodating, and very welcoming. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the skyline and good drinks and the location was great! The room is tight but very clean, updated, and vibey. Purple mattress was a great plus and I liked how it had the functionality to be both a “couch” and then would convert into a full bed! Could be tight for two people who like their own space but I would definitely stay here again!

First time staying at a Yotel and I can say with certainty that it was a positive experience. The room was on the smaller side but enough to have all you need. We had the room with the bunk bed on top and while I loved sleeping up there, it was a pain getting up. The stairs were in a bit of an awkward spot and a little tight. Also, about the staircase to climb up, I would have loved for the spot where your feet to have been a little wider. I absolutely cannot express how happy I was to see that the shower has the option to use the rainfall but also a handle. That was the peak of the stay for me lol! I absolutely hate those that don't have a handle. The soaps were pretty high quality too. My hair (which is usually pretty difficult) was smooth and shiny for the duration of the stay. The towels and sheets didn't have that terrible bleach smell and I appreciate that. It felt pretty clean. I am very much not a fan of sleeping in hotels just because they feel dirty to me, but this was on the cleaner side. I didnt like the fact that there was a curtain blocking the view from the bathroom/shower. I would have rather those glass doors not be somewhat see through so that you didn't have to touch the dirty curtain that all people who have stayed in that room touched. Loved the lighting in the room as well and the fact that there were a lot of sockets. I didn't have one up close to the top bunk bed which would have really come in handy. The front desk representatives were very nice and I love that you could leave your luggage there for free. They've got a nice little lobby with more seats on the other side of the restaurant. The location was great. About 25 minutes by foot to the center and there were a lot of food options nearby. The public transport station was literally next door and bonus points, there was a Trader Joe's and shake shack nearby too. Really enjoyed our stay. I stayed with my parents and we were content.

I enjoyed the vibe of the place and the staff was nice. The rooms are small so it’s only fitting for a short term stay single person. For couples the space will be tight! There was no fridge idk what’s up with the new boutique hotels not having a fridge in the room but the front desk will provide a mini cosmetic fridge to your room. You can fit one drink in it lol. I enjoyed the futuristic vibe the LED lights and the adjustable mattress. The rooms are clean and every time we left there were new towels and a made up bed. My biggest con is the PARKING. Valet it’s 80 a day and there is a garage around the corner that’s 67 a day. My advice is to uber everywhere because you will pay a fee for parking everywhere. This was my 1st visit to Boston so now I know. Overall cool convenient vibe and location.

I had a wonderful stay at YOTEL Boston during my weekend trip for the Patriots game, but l especially want to give a huge shoutout to Casie and Brandon for turning what was already a great visit into an extraordinary one. I arrived in Boston on Saturday, December 13th, 2025, originally planning to stay just one night and fly back to Miami after the game on Sunday. Unfortunately, my return flight was delayed and ultimately canceled late that night, and I wasn't rescheduled until Monday afternoon. At around 2:30 in the morning, trying to avoid spending the night at the airport, I called YOTEL Boston to see if there was any chance a room was available. That's when Casie stepped in and truly saved the night. Despite how chaotic the situation was and how late it was, she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and she made sure I had a room booked so I could have peace of mind and get some much-needed rest. Her professionalism and warmth in the middle of the night made a stressful situation so much easier. Then on Monday morning, with my flight not leaving until later in the afternoon, Brandon went above and beyond by helping me extend my checkout for a few extra hours. It may seem like a small gesture, but it made a huge difference-especially not having to wait around in the freezing Boston cold before heading to the airport. The hotel itself was fantastic, but it's the care, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality from Casie and Brandon that truly stood out. Because of them, YOTEL Boston will absolutely be my go-to place for future visits to the city. Until next time!

We just stayed over this past weekend and I had to weigh in. We got a great deal on our overnight rate, less than $200 and as local Bostonians, who are using this for a special night out, this was the perfect place to drop our bags and get a good nights sleep. Yes the rooms are tiny, but they’re super fun. You feel like you’re sleeping in a spaceship. The air handlers in the room are loud but for us they worked more like white noise. Temperature control was great, And the shower was awesome! There is no privacy for the toilet except for a curtain and a glass door so bear that in mind if you’re shy. You really can’t beat the location of this hotel and the folks at the desk were very nice. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars across the board is because I have to agree with some comments that the mattress was uncomfortable. My husband and I are not tall, But the bed felt small to us and seemed like it was pitting in the middle. I think the mattresses are probably due to be replaced as I was rolling into the middle most of the night lol. But it didn’t really matter, and I would still recommend this as a great location for quickly walking into Boston or staying in the Seaport.

I recently visited Boston November 7 through the 10th , 2025. I was very pleased with this hotel. Kobe was super accommodating in every aspect..He went above and beyond, he was very helpful with Recommendations, directions, umbrella etc. The entire staff was very friendly as well. The rooms are somewhat small but very comfortable, cozy and clean. The rooftop was very quaint, Vela in the hotel was very good for breakfast. I absolutely love the location it was near everything. In walking distance to the aquarium, Which was near the boat to take the whale watching tour, it was absolutely amazing and a must do. We got very lucky with the weather 64 and sunny and we were able to see five whales, which is rare in November. This hotel was close to lots of good Restaurants and breakfast places. I particularly liked Tatte cafe and Lakon cafe. I loved Mastros ocean club for steak, Davios for Italian and my absolute favorite which wasn’t as close by was Coquette. Lots of rooftops to see, envoy near by hotel, boston view. So much history and lots to see what a great place. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.
