This property will not work with you. I accidentally booked the wrong dates for my trip. It was actually before my arrival. I called within 12 minutes of booking and explained the situation & was told that the policy stands, no refunds. I was not looking for a refund, I was looking for the credit for the existing reservation to go towards my new reservation. NOT looking for a refund the new room was actually way more expensive… yet they were not flexible or understanding over the situation. I was really looking forward to my stay here, the manager of this location is very rude and I’m sure it comes from above him when it came to making this decision. I can find other hotels in Boston that are more willing to work with you.

Stayed here for a few days, service exceeded expectations (daily cleanings), whole hotel is very new! Location could have been closer to old downtown, but fairly close to the shoreline park for a nice walk or run. 5 stars because it met or exceeded expectations, nothing crazy fancy but would stay again.

Hotel is in an ideal location which allowed us to walk everywhere. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff greeted us each morning and were very friendly. Had a beautiful view from our room! Would absolutely stay here again.

????? I had an exceptional experience at Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown/North Station thanks to Zahed, the night shift supervisor. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Traveling can be exhausting, but Zahed made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his genuine kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and truly cares about guests having a great experience. If you’re staying here, you’re in great hands during the night shift. Thank you, Zahed, for making my stay so enjoyable—I’ll definitely be back!

Great hotel in a great location! Very clean and modern. Only one block from the T station and diagonally across the street from TD Garden. We stayed over for a Celtics game and it was very convenient being able to walk back to the hotel after the game. The front desk staff was super nice! It was my husband’s birthday and they gave us a room with a great view of TD Garden, a birthday card, and 2 free drinks from the hotel bar. 10/10 recommend and we will be back!

Tony at the front desk is the best!!! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great view for our stay, his attention to detail and kindness truly stood out. We travel to Boston every couple of months and usually like to try different hotels. While we’ve stayed here before and already loved it, this visit sealed the deal, this hotel will absolutely be our home base moving forward. The rooms are beautiful and spotless, the staff across the board is fantastic, and the location is perfect, a few steps to TD Garden, easy walking distance to the North End and so much more. Great team members really do make the difference in a hotel stay, and Tony and the staff proved that. Highly recommend!

The hotel has been renovated and the room was clean with a great bridge/TD Garden view. The services from the receptionists were excellent. The only minus was that I could smell other hotel guests smoking weed throughout the stay but I don't think that is not within the hotel's control. Would be happy to stay here again.

We checked in tonight to stay for the amazing Brandi Carlile show (which was kickass, btw). We were greeted and check in by Josh, who was just plain old awesome. When we got back after the show he was there with a couple of his colleagues and all three of them welcomed us back with huge smiles. The room was great. Comfy and fabulous view. We definitely had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone asking.

I came to Boston for a Nicotine Dolls show at City Winery and the location was steps away from the venue. My entire stay was exceptional! The friendly and courteous concierge at check-in upgraded my room to a corner king suite with an incredible view and the room was spacious and incredibly well appointed. The entire staff were so kind they made my stay very enjoyable.

View of a wall, weird throbbing heater motor and lack of amenity detail was a bit of a surprise for a downtown Boston location. That said the service was excellent and location cannot be topped for being in the heart of the action. Catch a Bruins or Celtics game, visit some epic sites and enjoy good food and drinks, all within a short walking distance. Would stay again.
