We had a wonderful stay for our girls’ trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed chatting with one of the front desk employees about anime and Pokémon, it was such a fun and unexpected conversation. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Tony at the Marriott! From the moment we interacted with him, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made our stay feel personal rather than just another hotel visit. Tony went above and beyond to help make a late checkout possible for us, which made a huge difference and allowed us to enjoy our stay without feeling rushed. It’s the little things—and the people who genuinely care about your experience—that make a hotel stand out, and Tony absolutely did that. I’ve historically been a loyal Hilton guest, but after the level of hospitality Tony provided, I may officially be a Marriott convert! Marriott is very lucky to have someone like him representing their brand. Thank you, Tony, for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Hotel is in a great location. Walkable to many cafes and restaurants. Emet and Tony at the front desk were the real gems though! Definitely the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered at a Marriott! Also a shout out to Kudret who fixed a minor A/C issue in my room very quickly. I will definitely stay here again because of the wonderful staff!

This property will not work with you. I accidentally booked the wrong dates for my trip. It was actually before my arrival. I called within 12 minutes of booking and explained the situation & was told that the policy stands, no refunds. I was not looking for a refund, I was looking for the credit for the existing reservation to go towards my new reservation. NOT looking for a refund the new room was actually way more expensive… yet they were not flexible or understanding over the situation. I was really looking forward to my stay here, the manager of this location is very rude and I’m sure it comes from above him when it came to making this decision. I can find other hotels in Boston that are more willing to work with you.

Stayed here for a few days, service exceeded expectations (daily cleanings), whole hotel is very new! Location could have been closer to old downtown, but fairly close to the shoreline park for a nice walk or run. 5 stars because it met or exceeded expectations, nothing crazy fancy but would stay again.

Hotel is in an ideal location which allowed us to walk everywhere. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff greeted us each morning and were very friendly. Had a beautiful view from our room! Would absolutely stay here again.

????? I had an exceptional experience at Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown/North Station thanks to Zahed, the night shift supervisor. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Traveling can be exhausting, but Zahed made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his genuine kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and truly cares about guests having a great experience. If you’re staying here, you’re in great hands during the night shift. Thank you, Zahed, for making my stay so enjoyable—I’ll definitely be back!

Great hotel in a great location! Very clean and modern. Only one block from the T station and diagonally across the street from TD Garden. We stayed over for a Celtics game and it was very convenient being able to walk back to the hotel after the game. The front desk staff was super nice! It was my husband’s birthday and they gave us a room with a great view of TD Garden, a birthday card, and 2 free drinks from the hotel bar. 10/10 recommend and we will be back!

Tony at the front desk is the best!!! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great view for our stay, his attention to detail and kindness truly stood out. We travel to Boston every couple of months and usually like to try different hotels. While we’ve stayed here before and already loved it, this visit sealed the deal, this hotel will absolutely be our home base moving forward. The rooms are beautiful and spotless, the staff across the board is fantastic, and the location is perfect, a few steps to TD Garden, easy walking distance to the North End and so much more. Great team members really do make the difference in a hotel stay, and Tony and the staff proved that. Highly recommend!

The hotel has been renovated and the room was clean with a great bridge/TD Garden view. The services from the receptionists were excellent. The only minus was that I could smell other hotel guests smoking weed throughout the stay but I don't think that is not within the hotel's control. Would be happy to stay here again.
