Tony at the front desk is the best!!! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great view for our stay, his attention to detail and kindness truly stood out. We travel to Boston every couple of months and usually like to try different hotels. While we’ve stayed here before and already loved it, this visit sealed the deal, this hotel will absolutely be our home base moving forward. The rooms are beautiful and spotless, the staff across the board is fantastic, and the location is perfect, a few steps to TD Garden, easy walking distance to the North End and so much more. Great team members really do make the difference in a hotel stay, and Tony and the staff proved that. Highly recommend!

The hotel has been renovated and the room was clean with a great bridge/TD Garden view. The services from the receptionists were excellent. The only minus was that I could smell other hotel guests smoking weed throughout the stay but I don't think that is not within the hotel's control. Would be happy to stay here again.

We checked in tonight to stay for the amazing Brandi Carlile show (which was kickass, btw). We were greeted and check in by Josh, who was just plain old awesome. When we got back after the show he was there with a couple of his colleagues and all three of them welcomed us back with huge smiles. The room was great. Comfy and fabulous view. We definitely had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone asking.

I came to Boston for a Nicotine Dolls show at City Winery and the location was steps away from the venue. My entire stay was exceptional! The friendly and courteous concierge at check-in upgraded my room to a corner king suite with an incredible view and the room was spacious and incredibly well appointed. The entire staff were so kind they made my stay very enjoyable.

View of a wall, weird throbbing heater motor and lack of amenity detail was a bit of a surprise for a downtown Boston location. That said the service was excellent and location cannot be topped for being in the heart of the action. Catch a Bruins or Celtics game, visit some epic sites and enjoy good food and drinks, all within a short walking distance. Would stay again.

Everything was seamless from check in to check out. Friendly and smiling staff at all times, even when the front desk was busy. Sam (Director of Ops) was so helpful, informative and accommodating. Loved how we were right across the street from TD Garden, it was super convenient following the game. The gym was spectacular - the view of the Boston Bridge while running on the treadmill and cool Eucalyptus towels were the cherry on top.

Very clean hotel. Can’t be the location near the Garden. The hotel went above and beyond during our visit for my son’s birthday. Tony at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! When we came back from the Celtics game my son said “our friend isn’t here”. Thankfully we were able to see him at checkout in the morning. Thank you Tony and the entire staff for our memorable stay! My sons said he wants this trip for his birthday every year.

Great stay! Visited Boston on a work trip to work over at TD Garden. This hotel was in the perfect spot right basically in front of the arena. Loved not having to deal with ubering n such. The staff were beyond amazing, helpful and cheerful at this hotel. From the second I walked in I felt immediately welcomed. With my Marriott status I recieved a room upgrade to one of their higher floors with a view facing the bridge/highway thing(lol). Bed was comfy, room was quiet and clean. Only slight "issue" I had was when showering the hot water pressure and temperature kept changing throughout my showers. Happened during each one. At some points it got so hot I had to jump to the side. Kinda strange. Anywho. Highly would recommend this hotel and will 100% stay here again in the future.

The hotel is in a nice area with a nice view. Most of all, the service was excellent with a very positive energy, making us feel so welcome! This will be one of my favorite places to stay in Boston because of the service. We shall definitely book here again for our next visit in Boston.

Great location, super staff, reasonable pricing the week before Christmas. There were no events at TD Garden that night unsure if that impacts pricing. Breakfast food (burrito) was good. Restaurants and pubs nearby and TD Garden and North Station just across the street.
