We recently held our annual conference at this property. It was fantastic! The property is beautiful. It is located in a great area in the BackBay section of Boston, surrounded by many shops, restaurants and sites. The staff at this hotel provided the best customer experience for our group. Everyone was very professional, prompt, courteous and willing to go above and beyond to assist you. The guest rooms were a very nice size as well and very comfortable. The food that was prepared for our events was outstanding. I worked with Heather Schell, Erika Valencia, Fatima Contreras and Walter Gallwas in planning my event and executing it onsite. They were fantastic to work with. I would definitely recommend this property for a personal stay or professional event!

My colleagues and I had the pleasure of staying at Mandarin Oriental, Boston twice this year (June and July) while hosting our FIFA World Cup client hospitality programmes. Our stay was wonderful from start to finish, and our guests were very pleased with their overall experience. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Back Bay, one of Boston’s most beautiful and walkable neighbourhoods, with fantastic restaurants, shopping and many of the city’s top attractions just moments away. Breakfast at Ramsay’s Kitchen, the hotel’s in-house restaurant, was an excellent start to each day, and I’ll have to return next time to experience the renowned spa. A huge thank you to Heather for helping arrange our group booking, Erika and Maho for their outstanding support throughout, Paul and Puika from Concierge Service, the Front Desk, Bell and In-Room Dining teams for their consistently excellent service. A special mention to Jason, the Hotel Manager, whose leadership is reflected in a team that genuinely cares. Mandarin Oriental, Boston truly sets the standard for warm, personal luxury hospitality. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

The staff was excellent, the location was impeccable and the restaurant was fantastic. The bathroom needed a little updating, but otherwise, room was spacious (Amex got us upgraded to city view), bathroom was large. The only strange part was that the closet door needed to stay open for the a/c to reach the room. But it was a walk in closet. Hotel also used dyptique products, which were magnificent smelling and high quality. All in all, wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Boston. LOVED it!!

WOWWWWW!!!! the most exceptional family stay!! I usually only stay in four seasons/ st regis. But wow am I converted! My recent hotel stay was the most amazing stay we have had. As a family with little kidsit's SO hard - the mandarin in Boston was sooo accommodating, welcoming and clean during our stay. Safety, cleaniness and kindness are my top 3 requirements! They welcomed my kids with so many extras that I was blown away. Plush lobsters, tents, CUSTOM sweets! The bell man farhad, the front desk leo and Miles! Wow all the staff was exceptional! My room was so clean I want to bring the housekeepers back with me to Orlando. You would be surprised at how many five-star hotels I have stayed at that were still dirty. When I first walked in Miles already knew who I was without me having to say anything. The staff made my kids so happy every time we came back to the hotel. There's nowhere else in Boston to stay. The hotel also is connected directly to the mall which is nice to not go in the heat (or snow I imagine ) . They made this one of the best vacations we have ever had and we have been everywhere!! Also prior to getting there- Paul from concierge planned and mapped it all out for us!! 10/10 only place to stay in boston

The Mandarin Boston is the epitome of luxury and relaxation! I visit the area often to see my niece and nephew, but I always come a day early to enjoy The Mandarin. I love to sit in the lobby with a cup of coffee and people watch. I always bring a book and look forward to reading and appreciate my room. Lunch, dinner and breakfast from Gordon Ramsay's restaurant are on my list. The best thing about my stay, every time, are the wonderful people that work at The Mandarin. From the gentlemen at the front door, to the people at the front desk. make feel so welcome. My favorite people are definitely are my room service friends. I'm terrible at names, but the tall, bald gentleman, the lovely dark haired lady with the beautiful accent and the shorter younger gentleman are the absolute best at what they do.

I have been coming back several times and was impressed every time. Recently had a wonderful massage and spa experience as a Mother’s Day treat. The facility has all you can expect from a 5-Star hotel. The match energy balls made freshly at the kitchen were excellent! My therapist Cecilia is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and extremely tentative. She listened carefully and tailored her approach based on my feedback and even recommended at-home care and exercises to further improve my overall wellbeing. Will come back again soon. :)

We recently had the pleasure of hosting an event for 200 women at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the earliest stages of planning through day-of execution, every detail was handled with professionalism, care, and precision. Communication was seamless, the coordination was thoughtful, and the level of service was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. Special recognition to Danielle Duane, as well as Banquet Managers Farid and Walter, whose attentiveness made all the difference. The bellmen, front desk team, and entire banquet staff were gracious, polished, and incredibly supportive throughout our stay and to all of our guests.

I chose the Mandarin Oriental for a staycation celebrating my wife's birthday, and they made it perfect. The pre-stay email was helpful to me, as I wasn't sure what they'd be capable of in terms of celebratory touches. There was a lovely dessert waiting in the room when we arrived, as well as a card from the hotel. The room was beautiful, and quiet, and everything we wanted. My wife spent one of the days soaking in the tub, and relaxing, as I'd hoped she'd be able to. The turn down service was amazing, and they even cleaned the tub (bath product residue) so that she could fit in another bath before we left in the morning. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we weren't left wanting for anything. All around great stay, and I can't thank them enough for making my wife's milestone birthday such a success. Would highly recommend. We're local, but will stay again if we ever have the want/need.
