WOWWWWW!!!! the most exceptional family stay!! I usually only stay in four seasons/ st regis. But wow am I converted! My recent hotel stay was the most amazing stay we have had. As a family with little kidsit's SO hard - the mandarin in Boston was sooo accommodating, welcoming and clean during our stay. Safety, cleaniness and kindness are my top 3 requirements! They welcomed my kids with so many extras that I was blown away. Plush lobsters, tents, CUSTOM sweets! The bell man farhad, the front desk leo and Miles! Wow all the staff was exceptional! My room was so clean I want to bring the housekeepers back with me to Orlando. You would be surprised at how many five-star hotels I have stayed at that were still dirty. When I first walked in Miles already knew who I was without me having to say anything. The staff made my kids so happy every time we came back to the hotel. There's nowhere else in Boston to stay. The hotel also is connected directly to the mall which is nice to not go in the heat (or snow I imagine ) . They made this one of the best vacations we have ever had and we have been everywhere!! Also prior to getting there- Paul from concierge planned and mapped it all out for us!! 10/10 only place to stay in boston

The Mandarin Boston is the epitome of luxury and relaxation! I visit the area often to see my niece and nephew, but I always come a day early to enjoy The Mandarin. I love to sit in the lobby with a cup of coffee and people watch. I always bring a book and look forward to reading and appreciate my room. Lunch, dinner and breakfast from Gordon Ramsay's restaurant are on my list. The best thing about my stay, every time, are the wonderful people that work at The Mandarin. From the gentlemen at the front door, to the people at the front desk. make feel so welcome. My favorite people are definitely are my room service friends. I'm terrible at names, but the tall, bald gentleman, the lovely dark haired lady with the beautiful accent and the shorter younger gentleman are the absolute best at what they do.

I have been coming back several times and was impressed every time. Recently had a wonderful massage and spa experience as a Mother’s Day treat. The facility has all you can expect from a 5-Star hotel. The match energy balls made freshly at the kitchen were excellent! My therapist Cecilia is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and extremely tentative. She listened carefully and tailored her approach based on my feedback and even recommended at-home care and exercises to further improve my overall wellbeing. Will come back again soon. :)

We recently had the pleasure of hosting an event for 200 women at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the earliest stages of planning through day-of execution, every detail was handled with professionalism, care, and precision. Communication was seamless, the coordination was thoughtful, and the level of service was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. Special recognition to Danielle Duane, as well as Banquet Managers Farid and Walter, whose attentiveness made all the difference. The bellmen, front desk team, and entire banquet staff were gracious, polished, and incredibly supportive throughout our stay and to all of our guests.

I chose the Mandarin Oriental for a staycation celebrating my wife's birthday, and they made it perfect. The pre-stay email was helpful to me, as I wasn't sure what they'd be capable of in terms of celebratory touches. There was a lovely dessert waiting in the room when we arrived, as well as a card from the hotel. The room was beautiful, and quiet, and everything we wanted. My wife spent one of the days soaking in the tub, and relaxing, as I'd hoped she'd be able to. The turn down service was amazing, and they even cleaned the tub (bath product residue) so that she could fit in another bath before we left in the morning. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we weren't left wanting for anything. All around great stay, and I can't thank them enough for making my wife's milestone birthday such a success. Would highly recommend. We're local, but will stay again if we ever have the want/need.

The staff are ALL TOP NOTCH - with SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THIS HOTEL IS THE BEST PLACE. NOT ONLY TO STAY BUT IF I COULD PROVIDE A 100++++ STAR I WOULD - The Spa is SO RELAXING and BEAUTIFUL!!! Friends and I decided to stay in the Mandarin Oriental in Boston and enjoy the city over a weekend. We were greeted very warmly, and everything we asked for was met with a smile and an eagerness to help. Lunch at Ramsey's Kitchen was a great experience, from the food to the ambiance! Spending time in the hotel, from the spa (do not miss this if you go!), to the lobby (enjoying 5:30 am coffee by the fireplace), we could feel that everything was incredibly thought out and made to make the customer feel special and welcomed. The experience was great, and mostly the staff is what made the experience stand out- from the woman who turned down our bed, the front desk and concierge throughout the day, and the kindness we received while checking out. Madai was especially kind and helpful, and the manager Kevin clearly set the bar for customer service. His patience, courtesy and friendliness was so appreciated! We not only will be coming back, but we will be recommending the hotel to others. The Mandarin Oriental does it right.
