The Seaport Hotel consistently receives positive feedback for its friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, and comfortable rooms with city views. Recent reviews highlight the hotel’s cleanliness, upscale amenities like a gym and pool, and proximity to attractions. However, there are concerns regarding room quality and inconsistent service.
Stopped by today to ask a few questions before we bring our grandchildren. Jackie at the front desk was so nice and happily answered all my questions. Look forward to seeing her soon for our stay.
The receptionist was fantastic. What a lovely way to start! Greeted with lots of warmth and charm. The room had great views. It was also very quiet indeed. However, the blow dryer was dirty and gross. No liners in the waste baskets? Maybe thats a thing now. The outlet in the nightstand next to the bed was dirty and nightstand chipped. The artwork looked like a spirograph doodle. Lobby furniture is old. The usb port On the desk didnt work so its a good thing we has a plug in to charge our phones. In general, it looked dated. Not worth the almost $500 for one night in my opinion. Would stay again at half that price.
Excellent experience from check-in to check-out at the Seaport Hotel at the World Trade Center. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated that they still offer daily housekeeping service, which seems harder to find these days. The complimentary bottled water was a nice touch, and the rooms include both a refrigerator and a coffee machine, making the stay even more convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a fantastic view of the city from our room. One of the biggest perks was the location — the walk to the convention center was less than six minutes, which made everything very easy and stress-free. Overall, I absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
It's a very nice, pleasant, well-appointed, nicely designed and decorated, comfortable hotel. Nice, helpful, and pleasant staff. Despite being in a fairly busy location, you hear zero street noise. The HVAC system is pretty nice - you don't hear it at all, yet it keeps the room very comfortable. The king room was nice, spacious, cozy, comfortable. Nice design, blending classy and modern style. WiFi was awesome - it worked so well you everywhere including the gym. The bathroom is very nice. The most amazing thing, though, was the gym. It's very large, really well equipped, and it rivals nice commercial gyms - it's incomparably better than your typical hotel gym. And then there's the salt water pool - also very nice. The steam room in the locker room is so-so, but overall the fitness center is top notch. They also have classes there on multiple days.
I originally posted an angry review with 2/5 stars due to reserving a king size room and being placed in a two bed, but this morning I went back to the front and they not only moved me to a king, but also thoughtfully explained what the original issue was with why I was not reserved the room the first night. I admit that I did not understand the nature of the reservation of king sized rooms and now that I understand, I am changing my review to reflect the service that I was provided. The staff were kind and responsive to my frustrations and I appreciate their willingness to work with me. Thank you front desk at Seaport, and thank you to the valet team because they're always on point.
What a lovely hotel! We came from another hotel, in Copley, that was not great. The Seaport Hotel welcomed us with incredible warmth and beautiful smiles. Our room was very clean with a gorge view of the harbor! Visited the pool and gym, both are acceptable. The pool area is a little bit cramped, but plenty of water for a few laps. The gym is well stocked and very clean! Above and beyond is the staff, shout out to Steve the valet, he was a sight for sore eyes, with a very gracious welcome! We will definitely stay here again, the area is unbeatable!
You can't beat the service! My boyfriend & I went for Valentine's weekend this year, to the Snowport in the winter, and for a weekend in the fall and the staff have recognized us and treated us with kindness each time we've returned. Valet is always quick and efficient. We had a line of 20+ people when checking in yesterday and the line went so quick despite only two ladies working the front desk. The restaurant inside is great! My son loved the pool.
I always have such a wonderful stay at the Seaport Hotel in Boston. The atmosphere is incredibly comforting, clean, and elegant—perfect whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. The amenities are luxurious, and having a restaurant inside the hotel makes everything so convenient. The staff is consistently professional and welcoming, which truly elevates the entire experience. This hotel never disappoints and always feels like a home away from home.
The Seaport Hotel was an absolutely beautiful place to celebrate my significant other’s birthday. The room was elegant and comfortable, the gym was top-tier, and the staff was warm, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. We truly felt well taken care of during our stay. While we did have very lively neighbors clearly enjoying themselves, that is when we noticed the walls were a bit thin. It didn’t take away from our overall experience. Despite that, we loved our stay and would happily return.
Stayed at the Seaport Hotel Boston and had a great experience overall. The location is perfect — walkable, safe, and close to great restaurants and the waterfront. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was professional and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Everything felt well run and polished without being stuffy. Would definitely stay here again when I’m in Boston.
