My first time staying at this hotel and it was so nice. They provide a shuttle service to and from the airport just only 15 minutes ride. And breakfast is included!! The room was nice amd clean. Inside the room has a microwave which is nice. I loved that. The staff are super friendly! Even it is a busy time, they handled it so good and professional. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!. ????

I recently stayed at this Comfort Inn in Revere, Massachusetts and had a very good experience. The hotel is in a great location and is very clean. My room and bathroom were spacious and extremely clean, and the entrance, hallways, and elevator were all well kept. The staff made sure I was satisfied and were very professional. A special shoutout to Fabio, who checked me in and went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. Also, thank you to Camila from a previous stay for her excellent service. Breakfast was clean and had a good variety, but it really needs bacon! The only other downside is the parking fee—I don’t think its fair that guests should have to pay for parking. Overall, a great stay with excellent service.

My apologies for not taking pictures before settling in. Very accommodating, Hotel, hot showers, comfortable beds more on the firm side. The pillows are incredibly comfortable. I think Comfort Inn is a perfect name for this place. There’s also a breakfast available downstairs, which was complementary to my business. I’ve been staying at this location for several years and would recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable room near the airport.

I stay here about 5 times a month on business. Super reliable and very clean. Staff is always friendly. Shuttle is quick and efficient. Onsite restaurant that is open late is a life saver sometimes with late night flight arrivals. Breakfast in the morning is also a plus. Can’t go wrong with this one!

Surprisingly great place & stay! The desk, morning breakfast and shuttle staffs were all excellent. The same for the restaurant, Margaritas. Bed was very comfortable. Room in great shape. Happy guests.

Honestly a fantastic experience. Was clean, comfortable and felt new. Was located near a huge round about so that ho confusing. But it’s relatively quiet and has an awesome pool and a good selection of breakfast foods! They also have lovely staff and an airport shuttle that’s always on the move!!

Clean, quiet, reasonably comfortable, decent breakfast, reasonably close to airport. No desk in room but I was able to use my laptop in the lobby. Staff were nice enough. Good value. I was a little nervous about our stuff in the car, but nothing happened to it so it worked out ok.

Updated rooms and swimming pool were a nice feature. The hotel common areas and rooms were extremely clean. The pricing was very fair. I loved the hotel complimentary breakfast. Eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal and they had a person who made the waffles with were excellent.

I am genuinely appalled by this property’s conduct. Despite booking and paying through Booking.com, the front desk insisted I hand over an additional $100 “damage deposit” at check-in. I was explicitly told—clearly and repeatedly—that this deposit would be automatically refunded within 7 working days. That was not true. Today marks 17 working days since checkout. No refund. No message. No explanation. No accountability. At this point, this is no longer an administrative delay—it is the unauthorised retention of a guest’s money. Call it what it is. What makes this worse is the complete silence from the hotel. A legitimate business communicates. A professional operation follows through. This place has done neither. I have never experienced behaviour like this from a supposedly established hotel. If you value transparency, honesty, or basic financial integrity, think very carefully before staying here.

Service & Hospitality The service at the Comfort Inn & Suites Logan International Airport was genuinely excellent. From check-in onward, the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. A moment that really stood out was when I accidentally cut myself and asked the front desk for band aids. They were quick to assist and showed real care and concern, which made me feel well taken care of as a guest. That level of thoughtfulness and responsiveness reflects a strong commitment to guest experience and made my stay feel welcoming and stress-free. Room Quality & Comfort The room itself was very spacious, especially for the low price point. There was plenty of room to move around comfortably, and the layout felt open rather than cramped. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after traveling. For an airport-area hotel, the room felt like an excellent value and exceeded my expectations in terms of size and overall comfort. The only downside was the towels. They were very thin and had an unusual texture that I haven’t experienced at other hotels. While this didn’t take away significantly from the stay, upgrading the towels would noticeably improve the overall room quality. Location & Convenience The location was perfect for my needs. Since I was picking up a rental car from Logan Airport the next day, staying here made everything incredibly easy and seamless. Being so close to the airport reduced travel stress and allowed for a smooth transition the following morning, making this hotel an ideal choice for travelers with early pickups or airport-related plans. Overall With outstanding service, generous room space, and great value for the price, this hotel is a solid choice near Logan Airport. With a small improvement to the linens, it would easily be an even stronger experience. I would definitely consider staying here again.
