We had such an amazing experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to Belle at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond by upgrading our room to a beautiful waterfront view, which completely elevated our stay. My friend and I were in Boston to catch the Patriots training camp, and Belle made sure our trip felt extra special. Her positive attitude and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed, she truly made our stay unforgettable. If you’re staying here, you’re in great hands with Belle!

Beautiful and clean hotel. The staff was kimd, and the location is great too — right in the Seaport area. The best part for me was that the 12th-floor lounge is open to all guests, not just those in executive rooms. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the walk to downtown was lovely. After dinner, walking along the Harborwalk to watch the beautiful sunset was such a wonderful experience!

If I could give a million stars for service I would! My friends and I came and had the best time! Breakfast was amazing, the hotel was clean and in a great area but what makes it the best is the service because House keeping was amazing and was quick to answer and help if we need anything else. However the real highlight of our stay here was Bianca at the host stand because from check in to check out she was the kindest and most helpful worker I’ve had in all my stays in different cities! She gave us the best recommendations for the city and made it one of the best hotel stays we have ever had! We will 100000% be back and stay here!

This was my second stay at the Hyatt Place Boston/Seaport. I chose to return because of the wonderful experience I had the first time. I am glad to report that the fine sense of service I observed beforehand continues. The hotel is superbly maintaned, with a team that cares. Spotless everywhere you go - the cleaning team has to be recognized for their hard work. The rooms are large, and so very well appointed. The elevators, roomy and fast, never a long wait. The free breakfast is excellent - kudos to the supremely attentive kitchen and cleaning staff. The moment that one of the hot food plates was close to be empty, a discrete back panel opened and a new one appeared. Helpful front desk staff adds to the experience - we were welcomed as Hyatt members and provided the room that better fit our needs. The lobby is one of the best amenities, plenty of space and seating, cute shop and bar. Rooftop terrace, amazing panoramic views. Highly recommended.

I was in a meeting room for an event. I loved all the natural light. The presentation equipment was top notch. Actually comfortable chairs in the meeting room. The lunch service was delicious with lots of options. Not those tiny bags of chips but regular sized bags that I like! Great place for a meeting!

We had a really great stay at Hyatt Place Boston Seaport District. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really made the difference for us was the staff—especially Robert at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. He made us feel truly taken care of and even went out of his way to help us with our room, which we really appreciated. Overall, we left very happy with our stay and would definitely come back again when visiting Boston.

We switched to this hotel last minute and am so glad we did! We had three rooms booked and each one was very clean and tidy. Staff were all exceptional and super helpful with any questions. The included breakfast every morning was great especially with our toddler. We were also pleasantly surprised that they offered an early 5am special breakfast for those like my husband who ran the Boston marathon- that was great for him and the other runners that morning! The food you buy at the bar was also fantastic. Our only negative was small and it was how loud the doors to the hotel rooms were when shutting. Overall this hotel was great especially for the price. The service we had here was just as good as five star four seasons and fairmont hotel service we’ve had. We would definitely stay here again when back in Boston.

I stayed here for my bar exam week. This was by far the best Hyatt I’ve ever stayed at! Staff was extremely friendly which was refreshing given the location. The room was perfect, breakfast was delicious and the gym and lounge area was quiet and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Seaport and overall had a good experience. The staff was great especially Jonathan, who kindly brought me a pen late at night when I needed one. The room was clean, comfortable, and I absolutely loved the heater in the bathroom, every hotel needs that! Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The eggs were flavorless and very watery, the options were limited, and the bagels were tiny. I was also told the hotel had fast Tesla chargers, which was a big reason I chose it since I drive an electric car, but there were no Tesla chargers and the charging available wasn’t fast. Even with those issues, the stay was enjoyable overall and I would stay again but probably not being my electric vehicle.

Very nice experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good, the elevator ride was smooth and quick. The hotel is situated close to the water as well as bus stops and a few places of interest. I have no complaints whatsoever.
