Nice if you like to go shopping. Very Busy hotel. Very big. Room was ok. Service was not exceptional Lady at M desk lounge was annoying , Interviewing us everytime we entered. We have Marriott M lounge status Never had that issue in other Marriott Hotels. There are many other Hotels in the area and in Boston that we will try next time. We understand she must do her job. But was a little bit over the top.

Boston Marriott Copley Place is a solid, efficient hotel in an outstanding location. The biggest advantage is its direct connection to both Copley Place and the Prudential Center, making shopping, dining, and getting around Boston incredibly convenient. It’s truly in the heart of everything. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful river view. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay and consistently kept the room spotless. The Executive Lounge was adequate, but fairly average compared to other Marriott properties. Check in and checkout were smooth and the staff were friendly. There are, however, a couple of areas that need attention. The rooms are surprisingly dark, even with all the lights on, and would greatly benefit from improved lighting. The other major issue was the water pressure on the 37th floor, which was very weak and made showering less enjoyable. These are noticeable shortcomings for an otherwise well-located hotel. Overall, this is a dependable Marriott with a fantastic location, clean rooms, and excellent housekeeping. If the lighting and water pressure issues are addressed, it would provide a much better overall guest experience.

Huge Marriott. Staffed front desk, concierge and bellhop. Stayed in larger room with KS bed. The extra room was nice to have. Room and bathroom were very clean. Starbucks and eat in restaurant and bar attached to hotel. Minus one star for not being able to get a hold of concierge by phone from room. You are given the option of leaving VM or going downstairs to concierge desk. Location was perfect for walking around. Large semicircular covered entryway for arrival/ departure or to catch Uber. Hotel connected to a very upscale mall and other shopping areas.

I didn't know what to expect but it was surprised by the location, great service from welcoming staff. Great use of technology for the elevators. The room was nice with a great view of the city-scape with the adjacent building but it was a nice work/vacation getaway. I did have to ask for a smaller room since I did not need two double beds. It was within walking distance of conference and the surrounding shops and restaurants made it quite an experience. I did not want to leave hotel or the city when I had to go. But I hope to be back at some point.

I stayed here for 10 days during a business trip, and the experience was fantastic. The location was excellent, convenient for getting around and close to everything I needed. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the service was outstanding throughout my stay. The elevator system was a bit confusing when I first checked in?but I quickly got used to it. In fact, it seemed like an efficient way to manage in such a tall, high-rise building. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily return in the future.

Julia at the front desk..I love her. She is such a delight..Her Customer Service is 10 star...also our room attendant Xue..she was so sweet and kind. We were there for 4 nights..after first night she knew what we liked and always greeted us and had our room serviced perfectly..What outstanding service these and others provided..Definitely a memorable stay.

Great location right in the middle of Downtown and Fenway so easy access to both at Copley Place. 30 minute walk to almost anywhere, 15 minute Uber. It's in Copley Place which is a massive mall so you have direct covered access to things like View Boston, restaurants, stores and more. Got a corner room which had great views. Bed was very comfortable. A CVS on the other side of the bridge in case you need water/drinks/snacks. Only downside is if you're a Gold Elite they didn't offer and welcome gift and would not offer the 2pm late check out which for a Wednesday seemed off, but to date I haven't had a single Marriott offer that for Bonvoy members so wondering if it's just a scam at this point.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel because its location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city. Being right in the heart of Back Bay, I loved having direct skybridge access to the shops at Copley Place and the Prudential Center, which made it so easy to get around without even having to go outside. The lobby is grand and bustling with a very sophisticated energy, and the staff was incredibly professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious and offered some stunning views of the city skyline, which were especially beautiful at night. I also really enjoyed the fitness center and the indoor pool area; they were both very well-maintained and provided a great way to unwind after a long day of walking. Whether I was heading out to nearby landmarks or just grabbing a drink at the stylish lounge downstairs, the whole experience felt high-end and very convenient. It’s a fantastic home base for anyone who wants to be right in the middle of all the action.

First time visiting Boston, decided to book this hotel based on recent reviews. The front desk was quick and efficient. CB was especially helpful with his attentive care and service. Called multiples items to room due to baby and all were brought up very quickly. Great location and well connected to malls. Would recommend and stay again.

2 stars because my Chick fil A delivery got stolen, I was expecting more security coming from an excellent hotel (I'm suspecting the guard ate it tho). The room was excellent, with amazing window view. I liked the mall too and the fact that I could walk to chick fil A to pick up my order(because you can't trust anyone nowadays). Also I asked to see the cameras to the security guard and he told me I couldn't which is why I suspect he was the one who ate and left no wrapper or crumbs, and not to be fatphobic but he had the kind of built that tells you gluttony is the only sin keeping him away from the angels. I left Boston not only hungry for Chick fil A but for justice.
