This hotel is a dream. We lived and traveled all over the world and had just returned from 6 weeks in the south of France, flying in late afternoon. We grabbed this place because of its location near the airport and convenient to Boston. Our room was huge, clean and oh so comfortable. The beds were fantastic, the decor modern and stylish. And it had a real bathtub as well as a shower. And the staff were all friendly and helpful, Frederick at the front desk especially. We never want to leave! A great price for what you get. We'll be back!

I was charged $15 for valet parking at this restaurant, which would be completely fine if valet service had actually been provided. When we were leaving, there was no line and the valet attendant was standing there on his phone. I politely asked him to bring my car, and he told me to go walk and get it myself. That is not valet service. If I’m paying for valet, I expect my car to be brought to me. I spoke to the parking manager about it, and he said that telling customers to retrieve their own cars is “exactly valet parking.” It absolutely is not. That response alone shows a lack of professionalism and basic understanding of customer service. If you’re going to charge for valet, then provide valet. No excuses for the lack of attention or basic service. Very disappointing experience.

I travel to Boston often, and this has become my go-to place. The quality you get for the price is outstanding. I love the décor, the staff, and all the thoughtful add-ons. I truly appreciate the care and effort that have gone into creating such a welcoming atmosphere. So many times when I stay at hotels, they use strong air fresheners, which makes it difficult for me to breathe. This hotel, however, has the most subtle, fresh, and tasteful scent. For me, that represents true attention to design and refinement.

Paul, Chris and the rest of the staff were absolutely instrumental in helping me pull off a small surprise for my partner on our 5 year anniversary. Paul went extremely over and beyond with balloons and the setup. She was caught way off guard once we arrived after dinner. We absolutely loved the hotel and our room was beautifully designed and very clean! I wish I had planned this out better and had us stay on Saturday instead of Friday after work so that we had the chance to enjoy the property longer. We have fallen in love with the hotel and Josephine's. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much, I truly appreciate you guys and all that you do every single day. Words are definitely not enough. They all deserve a bonus!

My second stay here for work. The staff is one of the best I've ever encountered. The hostess at the front desk, the servers, bartender and valets were amazing. The rooms are very nice and clean, comfy bed, decent bathrooms (needs a vent fan tho), an exercise room with machines that actually challenged me. My only complaint is situational, parking. Valet parking is pretty much required adding $33 per night. The food in the restaurant is also ridiculously delicious.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The place is very peaceful, comfortable, and feels super safe with a great sense of privacy. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming — I honestly felt just like I was at home. ??

Just had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was so accommodating for everything, the location was perfect for our needs and the room was much bigger than I anticipated. The restaurant and bar are great, full house the nights we stayed. We'll definitely be back!

I enjoyed my stay at the Cambria Hotel Boston Somerville. Checking in was a warm welcome and easy to do. The rooms and hotel were extremely clean with modern design and a large fireplace in lobby with comfortable seating. My favorite thing about this hotel and it may sound crazy…. was my hair after showering was incredibly soft and manageable! I was here with my rowing team and told my friends the shampoo and conditioner at this hotel is amazing, my hair has never looked so good or been so soft. I learned I was not alone in this experience, but the group thought it was the hotel water not the conditioner due to not all using their offered products but still having amazing hair. I do not really know the answer, but now that I am back home, I am missing the hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and checked in often to make sure my stay was going perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Cambria Hotel! The location is great, and one of the highlights was discovering that Prisha Esthetician Salon is only about half a mile away. It was so convenient to walk there and treat myself. I went for a manicure and, for the first time, tried a dry pedicure—it was such a relaxing and refreshing experience. Having the salon so close by made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend both the hotel and the salon!

Great hotel. It was very convenient for us because we used to live nearby and knew the area. Good transit options nearby and a great park and green space across the street.
