The Hotel is okay. Be Aware of Charged parking. Also no day light. (Your window faces your neighbours front door). It’s quite clean. The showers are super small. And the toilet is super low on the ground. AC Is super noisy. Also no pool. A good thing is you’re near a Tram. I asked the staff for Nutella, (They had some the previous day) He responded in the driest way possible. Also they didn’t have eggs peanut butter. They had bread and bagels with cold butter or grape jelly

My only regret is not walking out sooner. I just left the hotel a few hours ago and will be disputing for a full refund. Make no mistake the photos look nice, but the rooms are disgusting. I walked into my room and the temp was legit 78 degrees. It was cooler outside than in our room. Maintenance came to “fix” it. So I left to see if it’ll cool down, came back it dropped to 76. I asked to be moved they said no. Then they found a room after I said I would not accept a “boxed” fan. I went to the new room and none of the keycards they gave me worked. I went down to the front desk and just asked for a refund. I found much better accommodations elsewhere. The customer service was terrible. I’m surprised since this is in a good location in Brookline too. The rooms had stains on the carpets. The shower tubs were chipped. The lights didn’t work. Atrocious hotel overall. If I could give negative starts I would. Please do not ever stay here.

Outstanding location but a weird place. Most of the rooms do not have windows facing the outside and the rooms do not have adequate lighting. Bathrooms are very odd with a lot of wasted space and not enough room to set stuff down. And you practically have to step over the toilet to get into the shower. We had to put the ironing board in the bathroom to have enough “shelf” space. The room was clean although the shower/tub had remnants of old slip guard stains and bumpiness. Beds were comfortable and the coffee maker and fridge were nice to have. The continental breakfast was pretty meh, almost all carbs but the free coffee and tea all day is nice. The lobby/bar area is a nice spot to hang out for a while and people were watching the World Cup games while we were here. The location is hard to beat, being a 30 second walk to the St. Paul’s T stop and lots of restaurants plus Trader Joe’s within a few blocks. But for the cost, the rooms should be much better. All the staff we encountered were helpful although they appear to not have enough staff. At 5:30 pm on a Wednesday, there are approximately 15 people waiting at the front desk and one person working. It was similar when we checked in a few evenings ago. If I found a really good price, I’d stay here again for the location, but you can find much nicer rooms elsewhere.

Nice hotel with great walk ability. We were looking for an affordable place near family and this fit the bill perfectly. Easy check in/out. Nice rooms - comfy bed, good water pressure. I liked the common breakfast area. Breakfast is fine -- fruit, toast, cereals, yogurt, etc. would stay here again if in the area. No hassle and comfortable!

Location was good but I probably wouldn't stay here again. Although the young guy who checked me in was very hospitable, the one young girl was on her cell phone and sexxy red was playing. That could turn older guests off. I had the king bed room which was on the 2nd floor but the walk was damn near a block because of the layout of the building and rooms. For as big as the bathroom space is, the shower is small . The rugs in the lobby and hallway need a shampooing. The complimentary breakfast is a nice extra but is not tasty. The juice and the coffee are horrid. Upgrade the quality or dont offer. Overall I see why this is a 3 star hotel. It needs attention to the small details especially for the price being charged. 3nights over $900. Definitely not worth it compared to competitors' offerings.

For some inexplicable reason the staff were cleaning the windows at midnight on a Wednesday and loudly talking the whole time. Utterly bizarre and made it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk but it made no difference. A fine location close to BU, but it also has the worst soundproofing of any hotel I have ever been in - I could hear everything happening in every room around me with near-total clarity (including people urinating, clearly-private conversations, not to mention televisions). Bring your own earplugs (they don't have any at the front desk or in the little convenience store).

I don’t know what to say because I have mixed feelings. They have affordable prices, awesome location, complementary breakfast and sweet staff. But I had one of the rooms at the back with no windows to the exterior at all, seems like Boston has a very questionable building code and I didn’t like that. The town houses are kind of weird and made me feel like in an experiment, like the movie “the Truman’s show” idk, it’s basically a warehouse with a town inside with no windows to the street. Other than that, the hotel is very clean and has everything you need, tends to smell a little bit like cigarettes but really doesn’t bother me.

The good: Rooms were clean and serviced daily There's a green line stop right outside the entrance of the hotel The bad: I don't understand why there's a $30/night facility fee when it could be added to the price of the room. There seems to be a lack of attention to detail around this hotel. The breakfast area is too small for the number of rooms, there are only tables for about 50 people, the rest of the seating is lounge furniture (sofa's, etc.). The toilet seat was also installed incorrectly in my room. This hotel feels like it was built inside a warehouse, many rooms have only interior windows, giving it a shopping-mall like feel.

I called the hotel in advance to confirm whether my mother could register without a reservation and was assured that she could. However, when she arrived, she was told otherwise. Unfortunately, the staff did not treat her kindly, especially since she does not speak English. They ignored her needs and made no effort to assist her as a guest. This experience was very disappointing. For the prices they charge, I expected much better service and properly trained staff. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly if you value respectful and accommodating customer service.

I'm not happy with the hotel, their advertising very misleading. The parking was supposed to be free but they charged me 38$ a night, and the charged me extra fees that were not mentioned on the website. I paid extra 83$ and I'm only getting back 12$? Are you kidding me? Maybe you should mention those fees on your website before getting your customers sucked in. The front desk lady wasn't helpful at all, I asked her where the parking was and she started laughing, I told her that I'm not from around the area I don't know where anything is, and she kept laughing. Very unprofessional. The room was tiny, the bathroom was freezing, lighting was dark and the temperature either too cold or too hot. And they were weird sounds all throughout the night I don't know where it was coming from, in the beginning I thought it was dogs barking outside but my room is not even facing outside the window faces inside the hallway which I found very odd. You have no view whatsoever. It was room 283 by the way. Overall horrible experience couldn't sleep at all. Never again!
