My partner attended a conference here, and his company booked the hotel. I tagged along, and unfortunately, we both experienced very rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff, especially the woman working at the breakfast buffet. One morning, my partner arrived before me and was told to sit with his conference group. He was waiting for me and preferred a smaller table, but the woman repeatedly insisted, “This is your group. You should sit with them.” I understand having designated tables for conference groups, but the repeated comments and attitude were completely unnecessary. The staff there are just being lazy and don’t want to clean up if ppl sit at different table. Since when does a guest at a breakfast buffet have to sit wherever a server tells them to sit, especially when there are other available tables? A simple explanation would have been enough, but the repeated comments and attitude in multiple days were completely unnecessary. On the last day, I overheard the same woman talking to another staff member about us and laughing. Whether they were talking about us or not, the behavior was incredibly unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. The hotel itself was also disappointing, the rooms are old, the walls are very thin, the AC didn’t work properly, and there’s very little to do nearby. Unless you’re staying here solely for the conference convenience, I strongly recommend choosing another hotel nearby.

Nice staff. Wonderful dining room with great buffet brkfst. Barely any water in shower, not fixed propetly. Advised mngtvat checkout, was to get a call bsck from mngt...4 days no call. Dissapointed in no follow up . Should have made some adjustment in 255 night room charges for poor shower operation.

I highly recommend the Babson Executive Ed Center and hotel facility. It's a great venue for an event and the campus is beautiful.

I spent 3 days at Babson Executive Conference Center for a work event. We were housed onsite, and it was truly easy and accessible. The pros: Your room includes 3 meals a day, and let me tell you, the food is insane. Just absolutely delicious with so many options. This is 5 star chef level food, just delicious. You also have all day access to drinks (water, coffee, soda, juices), and snacks. This was such a cool feature! The hotel is very drive-able to Boston. It only takes about 20 minutes, and the homes to gawk at along the way are stunning. The cons: Oh yeah, there was no air conditioning. The room stayed at a sticky 74 degrees, and we woke up soaked in sweat. We didn't really sleep the whole time we were there, everyone I spoke to was in the same boat. We were on the 5th floor, you can open the windows (weird), but it wasn't much relief. If there was one more day, I would have gone out to buy a box fan. So yeah, amazing place that would have been 5 stars if not for the, you know, the really really hot room.
