We stayed here for one week at the end of August. We travelled from England and it was our first time in Boston. The hotel and it's staff are amazing. It is ideally located and everything we wanted to see and do were within walking distance. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. We are early risers so were always one of the first ones in for breakfast. The staff were lovely, big shout out to Marco, who looked after us every morning and Nelson and the others who took time to chat to us. It was lovely meeting you all, and you made our stay that extra bit special. The food was lovely and a good variety for everyone's taste. On weekends they did omelette which were a nice surprise. The views at breakfast were amazing and I really miss that on a morning. The rooms were a good size. There were 2 adults and a teenager sharing a room and we found they were a good size. Also the view from our room was lovely, looking out over the harbour. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's very close to everything, amazing views and amazing staff. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the next couple of years.

Loved our stay! Great location, offered valet, the restaurant is delicious, has a pool and gym and a Starbucks downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff!! While we were here, the escalators were under construction which we definitely would have used and was an eye sore on multiple levels throughout the hotel, but had to be done I'm sure. We also came here to get away from children and this seemed like a very family friendly hotel. It only really effected us while in our rooms with kids running with their hands on the walls, and exclaiming through the halls which was a bit disruptive. Fantastic experience and would definitely come back!

Fantastic location in the financial district, very close to little Italy, ?? state street and seaport. Hotel It is right on the pier, by the aquarium. Unique building with M-Club for platinum elite or above members can eat buffet breakfast for free. Everything is walkable! Loved the stay, They do have construction going on for the escalator!

I stayed at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf over New Year’s Eve, so it was definitely busy. The room looked clean, though a bit small. Unfortunately, the M Club was closed during our stay. On the plus side, we received a complimentary welcome amenities gift with fruit, Prosecco, and orange juice, which was a really nice touch. The reception staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was convenient for watching the fireworks.

I am a long time loyal fan of Marriott Bonvoy., We spent 3 nights here and this hotel lives up to every high class Marriott standard I have come to appreciate. The mattress was a bit tired though, (room 218) otherwise the room and overall facility was perfect including the great staff. Restaurant was great, bar was great, it is very, very close to the metro (blue line) and very easy to get to and from everything and the airport.

Where do I start.. From the moment we parked, we were greeted by valet guys to take our car. There was a bell cart to put all of our luggage on (which was needed for us over packers) and escalators and elevators inside. The first floor has a starbucks which was nice(although not the best with drink making speed) We made it up to the lobby located on the 2nd floor (or floor L) and were warmly greeted by Jeff! He was warm, welcoming and informative throughout our entire weekend stay. Jeff gave us some recommendations for our sisters weekend getaway and gave us some fun nightlife to go check out. Thanks again for that recommendation :-) Our fridge stopped working early in our stay and a replacement was delivered up to our room(although it took 3 requests to the front desk, i believe that they were reaching out to engineering which was the problem)..Our room was updated with 2 comfortable queen beds. There room didn't have a bathrobe, but it did have an ice bucket, two glasses, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, make up wipes and had an abundance of towels and a blow dryer! The hotel has the best fitness center i've ever seen, it also has a small pool overlooking the water and an awesome pool deck with tables and chairs. What this hotel is lacking a hot tub, which seems to be a dying feature at hotels these days. Our stay came with a food credit for each day. But on our final day, the app wouldn't let us order food so we lost that credit which was disappointing because we had a 2 hour drive home and wanted some breakfast. The location here is PRIME for shopping and food nearby. Quincy Market was fun to walk around with street performers etc. Overall - very happy with our stay

Wonderful hotel. Great location, 5 mins walk from Quincy Market. 10 mins walk from Little Italy and next to aquarium. We could see the seals at night from our room! Staff very accommodating with requests. The beds were so comfy. Great trip.

The location was beautiful and our room had the best views overlooking the harbor. The staff at the desk were amazing and accommodating. This place was very clean. We arrived an hour early and she was able to get us right into our beautiful room. There is a beautiful sun deck to have your coffee (or Starbucks which is located on the lower level). It is located adjacent to the pool area and was perfect to sit, sip and enjoy the views. The location of this hotel is convenient and we were able to walk everywhere. When our flight was canceled due to weather at our destination we made the most of it by enjoying this evening in Boston. Thank you to all who made our night so special!

Loud!!! Pounding dance music until 10:30, the staff knows that it's noisy and said they are doing renovations in the future, absolutely impossible to sleep. Is this only a weekend problem? They offered us another room but they said that the other side of the hotel also has pounding dance music!! Dirty room with used lotion and ANTS! Proof is in the photos!! At 9pm I received a call from the front desk asking if I reported a lost purse? I hadn't . Finally I called again because after an hour of listening to the dance music I realized that I wasn't going to fall asleep so I asked for a noise machine, they did give us a box fan to drown out the noise, sort of ... Why didn't they offer it when I called earlier? Other than the noise, location couldn't be better. Staff is friendly. Building seems, nice pool and gym. The bar looks cool.

Rooms are typical of any hotel, location is perfect, but the service is terrible and they nickel and dime you every chance they get. Additionally during our stay the breakfast had expired milk, which my husband unknowingly took a drink off and became ill. When we alerted the staff they simply said "oh whoops I guess no one rotated the milk recently" and that was it. We expected better amenities and service from a hotel of this cost and star rating. Will not be returning.
