Great location, great service, clean and modern rooms. Very satisfied with my stay. Only issue was that we had booked a room with 2 queen beds but apparently there was some system error and they didn’t actually have any 2 queen bed rooms. They did call me ahead of time to advise of this and to offer some bonus points and to waive the daily fee.

I recently stayed at The Row Hotel at Assembly Row and had a truly wonderful experience. I was in town for an event with my sister, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel valued right away. Throughout our stay, every team member we encountered was kind, professional, and always ready to help. The atmosphere of the hotel is light, modern, and very pleasant. It’s beautifully designed, extremely clean, and offers a comfortable environment that makes you feel relaxed the entire time. The location is also perfect — conveniently situated near everything you might need, which made getting around very easy for us. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an ideal location in the Boston area.

Highly recommend staying here. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Beautiful lobby and bar. Lots of perks with your stay. Location is wonderful right in Assembly Row near all of the stores and restaurants, across from the T. Omar is the best bartender (even though he was just covering the bar)!! He is hilarious, honest and holds a great conversation.

My family decided to spend the weekend in the Boston area to celebrate our anniversary and our son's birthday. We needed something with easy access to TD Garden for a Celtics game, while also being close to Legoland. This locations was absolutely perfect. Not only was the hotel absolutely beautiful, it was clean, great amenities, close to the T, and most importantly, had the BEST customer service I've had in a very long time. Diana checked us in was a true delight. She answered all of our questions patiently and made me feel very welcomed. Christopher checked us out and was equally as polite and welcoming. We will definitely come back for our next Boston stay.

Very cool hotel! Rooms are clean & quiet. It's part of the plant where the Ford Motor Co made Edsels, in the day! Has a unique flair of industrial with upscale modern for a very inviting and comfortable stay. My trip was the week before Christmas and there were carolers and a band a few nights that week singing Christmas carols. The Bar offers a very reasonably priced daily special. It sits in a unique area of some upscale & some outlet shopping as well as a variety of food from bagels to seafood. If you're looking for a great place to be outside of downtown Boston, one can't go wrong here!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was accommodating to our young kids, and Omar at the front desk really took care of us and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Between activities like the Lego discovery center near by, and good metro access, we had a good time! We will definitely be back!

From check in to check out our stay was wonderful. Sarah at the front desk was incredibly efficient and went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Every staff member was warm and welcoming. It truly felt like we made friends along the way. A special shout out to victor the sous chef and the head shaft who stopped what they were doing to get us coffee and made us feel so cared for. Victor even helped me practice my Spanish during our stay. Shannon at the bar and Sarah in the restaurant were also fantastic and welcoming. Exceptional hospitality all around. We can’t wait to return.

My young family and I stayed here back in October and I am still thinking about the kindness showed by the staff here. The room was great, well suited for our needs. The location was great for us, very safe, and with easy access to the T via an Orange line stop. What really set this hotel apart for me, however, was the service. Everyone we encountered during our stay was wonderful. Unfortunately, my son left his most prized stuffed elephant in the bed when we checked out. He was distraught when we realized it at home. I contacted the hotel in the off chance that housekeeping may have found it. Luckily, they did! They shipped it back to us quickly, but the real surprise was that included in the package were adorable photos of his elephant enjoying the hotel while he and my son were apart. My favorites were a shot of the elephant relaxing by the pool and one sipping an orange juice at the bar. My son now cherishes those pictures and The Row Hotel has a customer in me for life. We had an amazing stay at this hotel-super fun and central location made everything easy to walk to. Restaurants, city center, shops-all right there. The hotel’s brand new with spotless, spacious rooms, though the AC was a bit noisy and our view wasn’t great. Everything else was top-notch! The gym equipment was modern and clean, and the design plus the staff’s warm smiles made it special. We’d totally recommend it to everyone!

The interior design is beautiful and modern, with unique touches that make the hotel feel both stylish and comfortable. The location is perfect and just a short walk down the street you’ll find several coffee shops and plenty of places to explore. It’s a great area to take a walk, relax, and enjoy the Boston atmosphere. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
