Absolutely loved my stay at The Row Hotel at Assembly Row! The hotel was beautiful, modern, and extremely clean. The location was perfect with so many restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience felt comfortable and upscale. I would definitely stay here again!

Although Medford and Somerville aren't anything to write home about, this location in Assembly Row exceeds MANY expectations. Delicious, fun restaurants and quality shops abound, all in walking distance. You can easily, cheaply, and quickly take an uber to Newbury St. and other downtown attractions. The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. The gym is amazing. There's a coffee shop right across the street! This place has it all and then some. I'm so happy with my choice. I also want to give a shout out to Yareidy in the hotel restaurant who went above and beyond during my stay. She is a gem!!

This is an excellent hotel for exploring Boston. Literally a 60s walk to the T station and a short 10 minute ride into the centre of Boston. (The 2 daily T passes provided by the hotel were very much appreciated too). The area of Assembly Row is lovely, well lit and provides numerous shops (some outlets) and restaurants. The hotel itself is great. Our room was spacious enough for 3 adults, the pool area was lovely and there are several areas to relax and chat or just people watch. The complimentary pantry for guests was ideal for us to grab a quick pastry and coffee in the morning. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting the city.

We had an amazing stay at The Row Hotel! The hotel was very nice, clean, and located in a safe area, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, had beautiful lighting, and the jetted tub was a perfect way to relax after a long day. One thing that really stood out was the modern self-service check-in kiosk—it made the experience feel like something from the future. Even with the touchscreen system, both of the gentlemen working there were friendly, professional, and very helpful during both check-in and check-out. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

After a few stays with Marriott in the US, I was honestly not expecting much for this stay given the overall poor performances across its properties. But this place is just different. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, especially John at the front desk, and the hotel was clean and well kept. The gym was very good as well. Staff are friendly but also professional. The vibe just feels right. Overall, I had a very good time here and I certainly look forward to coming back in the future. This place is a 5/5 without any doubt.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was an overall very pleasant stay. The rooms are clean, smell fresh, and are very spacious. The hotel staff is extremely accommodating and made me feel truly welcomed. A special shoutout to Tom at the bar—he was fantastic. Overall, I felt like a valued guest, almost like a celebrity. I will definitely be returning.

Great location, great service, clean and modern rooms. Very satisfied with my stay. Only issue was that we had booked a room with 2 queen beds but apparently there was some system error and they didn’t actually have any 2 queen bed rooms. They did call me ahead of time to advise of this and to offer some bonus points and to waive the daily fee.

I recently stayed at The Row Hotel at Assembly Row and had a truly wonderful experience. I was in town for an event with my sister, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel valued right away. Throughout our stay, every team member we encountered was kind, professional, and always ready to help. The atmosphere of the hotel is light, modern, and very pleasant. It’s beautifully designed, extremely clean, and offers a comfortable environment that makes you feel relaxed the entire time. The location is also perfect — conveniently situated near everything you might need, which made getting around very easy for us. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an ideal location in the Boston area.

Highly recommend staying here. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Beautiful lobby and bar. Lots of perks with your stay. Location is wonderful right in Assembly Row near all of the stores and restaurants, across from the T. Omar is the best bartender (even though he was just covering the bar)!! He is hilarious, honest and holds a great conversation.
