This place did not work for us. The hotel is clean. The crew is nice. However, when checking in, the hotel staff encourages guests to play vinyls in the room, which they provide. Also, there are signs around the hotel stating that any alcohol in the rooms must be purchased in their bar. All these things implicitly lead people to think it is OK to party in the rooms at night because of the hip and cool vibe of the hotel. Again, the place itself is clean and nice but don't go there expecting a decent sleep.

The room was clean and very tastefully decorated. I absolutely loved the studio vibe, especially the record player on the dresser with a selection of vinyl records to enjoy in the room. Mine included albums by Queen, The Who, and The Allman Brothers. Overall, the hotel's music-themed concept was very well reflected in the room's design. The bathroom was also nicely decorated, but I still don't understand the purpose of having a shower without a door. Water splashes everywhere while you're showering. To make matters worse, our bathroom had a hole in the glass partition, allowing water to spill onto the vanity cabinet as well. Very strange. The shower had terrible water pressure, while the sink faucet had unnecessarily strong pressure. The smart TV with streaming capabilities was excellent, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only downside was that the maintenance staff started their cleaning work (using leaf blowers) fairly early in the morning. It was impossible to sleep past 9:00 a.m. because of the noise. Breakfast was by far the biggest disappointment. There were no hot protein options such as bacon or sausage—only hard-boiled eggs and cold cuts. Although the hotel advertised gluten-free bread and waffles, the bread was toasted and the waffles were prepared in the same equipment used for regular wheat-based bread and waffles, resulting in complete cross-contamination. There is no point in advertising gluten-free options if they are prepared with cross-contamination. I became ill after eating one of the waffles. The breakfast staff are not properly trained to advise guests about gluten safety. The location is convenient if you're planning to attend a game at Fenway Park. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend staying here, as you'll need transportation to reach Boston's main attractions. Walking anywhere takes between 40 minutes and an hour, often passing through areas with ongoing overpass construction. Even the nearest subway station is about a 25-minute walk away. The valet parking staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They definitely deserve credit for their excellent service.

I had the best experience at the Verb hotel in Boston! When I arrived they were experiencing an issue with the internet but the front staff was calm and kept me updated. They were able to check me in 1.5 hours early which was greatly appreciated! If they were unable to do an early check in, there was the option to hold my luggage. The lobby has fresh cold water bottles and Nitro cold brew on tap 24/7. It's a small hotel so the room was very easy to find. I saw a few reviews that said the room was compact, but I thought it was a perfect size! It's very retro-inspired and everything is music related and thoughtful (record player, desk fan, smart TV, alarm clock, portable speaker, robes, water bottles, mini fridge, nicer soap + lotion, hair dryer). The staff seems very happy working there and I hope they're treated well and paid well - as they are all very kind and joyful. Any time I passed an employee they were smiling, checking in on me to see if I needed anything, etc. It did not go unnoticed! I was laying out by the pool on a very hot day and the staff made sure I had water and asked if I needed umbrella shade. The pool and free breakfast are both amazing amenities. The location is very walkable with several bars and restaurants and a Target right there. I look forward to another trip to Boston and will absolutely be staying at this hotel again. Keep doing what you're doing Verb :)

Had an outing at Fenway and needed to book a room for 1 night. Booked The Verb for its proximity, and I was very impressed with the hotel! The pictures don’t do it justice! Wonderful place, wonderful staff! Not a large place and not a spacious entrance, but it gets the job done and they made great use of every inch! The rooms are decent sized and we LOVED the theming throughout! Just my opinion, but room 246 was the best! Love Elton John, loved the balcony! Great vibes everywhere throughout the hotel! Every staff member we interacted with (inside and out) were exceptional to talk with: very friendly, courteous, and professional. Best part: I didn’t know what to expect, but loved all the live music! Not that we need a room in Boston often, but when we do, The Verb will definitely be top of our list!

We really enjoyed this hotel! The room had a fan in addition to good air conditioning. There was also a turn table in the room and a large selection of albums in the lobby. The lobby also had cold and hot brew coffee on tap 24/7 as well as bottled water. The breakfast selection included all the basic grab and go stuff with the option for made to order waffles and fruit smoothies. It was walking distance to Fenway Park and a few restaurants. The room is compact but comfortable.

????? Our first trip to Boston from Texas was made even more special thanks to The Verb Hotel. We were in town to attend a Red Sox game, and I accidentally booked our stay for the wrong dates. Thankfully, The Verb had availability when we arrived, and the staff were incredibly helpful, understanding, and accommodating. From the moment we checked in, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They provided fantastic recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, which helped us make the most of our visit. The rooms were clean, unique, and comfortable, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve slept in while traveling. My 12-year-old son especially loved the heated pool and was able to swim comfortably even though the weather was only in the mid-60s. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better for anyone visiting Fenway Park. Thanks to the amazing staff and overall experience, our two days in Boston were truly unforgettable. We highly recommend The Verb Hotel and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Boston!

Very close to the MGM music hall & Fenway. I like that the area is close to everything. The hotel itself is amazing. My kids loved playing music on the record players in each room. The decor is really fun to look at too. The staff are very nice & extremely helpful. The on site restaurant & bar is nice too. We only got to stay one night but I would love to stay here again. Highly highly recommend!

I stayed at The Verb Hotel for a couple of nights and honestly had a really comfortable experience. The whole music-themed vibe gives the place a unique character without feeling overdone. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had a nice retro style that made the stay feel a bit different from a typical hotel. One thing I really liked was the location. It’s super convenient if you want to explore Boston, especially around Fenway. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and getting around the city was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and whenever I had questions. The hotel also had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after being out all day. The only small downside was that the rooms can feel a little compact, but it wasn’t a big issue for a short stay. Overall, it felt welcoming, clean, and memorable in a simple way.

This hotel is about 700 feet from Fenway, nice clean rooms, free breakfast, a cool vibe with a record player in every room! A large selection of free vinyls to use! Great Hotel! Mckenzie Rose and JD was great guest services! Yodeling and Mirian served breakfast every morning we stayed and was attentive and helped any way they could. Your staff is doing a great job!

This place was amazing ??. I can't wait to stay here again. It was very close to the Fenway venue so we picked this place. We were unaware or the fantastic decor of the place until we arrived. My BF and I are real music buffs and we were blown away by this place. It has music decor all throughout the whole place. A gorgeous pool with rooms that have windows out to the pool area. They also have record players in each room and records at the front desk to chose from. You can chose ones you want to listen to and bring them to your room. We stayed in a king size bed room and we loved it. We will definitely be back. The valet service was also fantastic and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
