This is a great hotel to stay in while you are in Boston. Close to the T and within walking distance to plenty of sites. I will definitely stay here again. The staff is very helpful and kind. Very good at giving directions to tourists...thank you for all your help.

For a 4-star hotel, the room was outdated and had 3x3 shower stall. Very disappointing for the price; however, the room was clean. We had issues twice (two different days) with our room keys not working, but the front desk quickly made new keys and upon asking, gave us extra cookies. The location was great with the T station steps away and walkable to several areas.

Nice hotel. What you would expect from double tree. Three of us road our motorcycles from Canada. Since motorcycles are easy to steal and Canada is a long walk from home we wanted to keep the bikes at the hotel and not in the hotel off site lot. Our option was to pay for a spot which is fine. What wasnt ok was three bikes, in one parking spot having to each pay the parking fee ($65). $195 for one parking spot. I wonder someone made a big tip on that one? Unacceptable.

The front desk staff was overwhelmed and some of them were actually rude. The room wasn't ready upon arrival because many guests got late checkouts according to the staff. Although, we were offered an upgrade for the inconvenience I would not recommend it due to the front desk staff's lack of hospitality. We booked a double queen and ended up sharing a bed because the couch bed in the suite was uncomfortable. The lack of phone etiquette was real. We asked the front desk if they had slippers, but they had none. I called to check if I could send a package to the hotel prior to arrival and was met with an attitude. We also asked for a late checkout and the girl tried to upcharge us immediately before even discussing the time. We were also looking forward to a restful night of sleep but we were right next to an extremely loud club. The cops were called to shut down the party next door, so make sure to wear earplugs if you're staying over a weekend. I understand that is out of their control, but if you're looking to sleep well I would not recommend this location.

Not a bad spot. Staff was friendly and room was a great size with the pull out couch for our teenager. Only gripes would be Fox News constantly on instead of a local news channel. I asked the waiter at the restaurant if he could change the channel to something more local an he seemed nervous to do that, giving me the controller to do it. Also it seemed the pipes made a clunking noise in the morning when heat would come on.

The room was a bit outdated but the service and location made up for it. We accidentally got an accessible room on 4th floor and the room was really dusty and smelly. We rang the front desk and they swapped the room for us immediately and the second room was much better. They gave us a few vouchers after for Starbucks. The room ran out of hair conditioner and I rang again, house keeping gave us some very fast too. Location was so handy. Love it!

Stayed here ahead of a large snowstorm in January. Booked deluxe king room with courtyard view. The room was very spacious. Had a very quiet room at the end of the hallway. There was a large mini fridge and microwave as well as keurig machine. Was given warm cookies on check in. Only issue was the elevators were all out of service but one was fixed by next day and my husband needed special accommodations to get up but they offerred their employee elevator if needed.

We booked a few nights here toward the end of last year and everything was fantastic! Jess at the front desk was incredibly helpful and informative. As a Gold member, he also made sure I received all of my available benefits. The room was cozy and clean. We had no issues with cleanliness or Wi-Fi throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our time here.

On January 24th, 2026, prior to the incoming blizzard, I attempted to book a room for my hospital shift the following day. I was told by the receptionist that a two-day minimum had been enforced due to high demand before the storm. When I explained that I work directly across the road, she dismissively told me that there were “many other hotels” I could book. This response was blatantly rude and completely unprofessional. This hotel profits from its proximity to the hospital, yet shows no respect or consideration for healthcare workers simply trying to get to work during dangerous conditions. This is not how you treat your most loyal customer base, and it reflects poorly on the hotel’s values and management.

The room was clean with no bad smells, but the furniture is very outdated. The heater fan made a loud rattling noise, so it was either freeze all night or listen to the noise. A service technician came, checked it, said nothing could be done and told me most of the rooms were like that . In the morning, my wife went downstairs to buy water and was told she did not look like she stays here until she showed my Hilton app with the room key. Very unprofessional. Definitely not 4-star quality — felt more like a budget motel for the price.
