This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The clean rooms and comfortable beds were a perfect end to my busy days, and the amenities really helped make my stay enjoyable.

Nice hotel very clean and a staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. The breakfast in the morning was very good had a good variety of stuff cereal, eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage, potato home fries, and an assortment of juices and milk lactose-free and regular. The one downside about the breakfast is I don't think they serve it long enough it's only till 9:00 in the morning and they promptly shut it down. The rooms and the hallways are clean The rooms are spacious they have the basic amenities K-Cup coffee pot with a couple different brands of coffee to pick from in the room I don't know what the prices are I am staying here because my apartment had a fire and the landlord is paying so I can't tell you about that part but the location is very close to Boston there is a shopping mall across the parking lot with a AMC movie theater in case you want to take your kids to the movies. The outside of the hotel has nice landscaping unfortunately there's not a lot of places to sit in the shade or to sit at all really there is only one bench at the main entrance and nowhere else to sit if you wanted to sit outside. Well that's about it That's all I can think of right now. P.S. if you're just visiting on a holiday or to sightsee it is a good hotel, or if you have business in Boston you're right on the doorstep

Best service ever! Miguel is definitely a lifesaver. I have to go the conventions center and he helped me to go there on time. While Uber has prices around 60-70$ for a 10 mins ride. This hotel has a FREE shuttle to the convention center and 10$ to the airport. Top notch facility, clean and reliable.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in South Boston. From the moment I checked in, the service stood out— Anavel was quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful, and even surprised me with an upgrade, which made my stay feel extra special. Everything was smooth and easy, and I really appreciated how efficient and kind she was. It made a big difference after a long day. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.

Definitely enjoyed staying at the hotel, met a few friends and staffs that were very friendly. The hotel is very clean and housekeeping is very good. I definitely appreciated all their services to make the stay a good one. Plus you'll enjoy the coffee machine for sure.

Was a bit scared due to some of the bad reviews here but so far our stay has been fine. Water pressure was good. Some fixtures could use some updating but everything is functional. The room was clean and didn't have any odor. There were some people waiting to check in when we arrived but the receptionist took care of things pretty fast so we didn't really have to wait long for our room assignment

I stayed here for two nights. The room was clean, quiet, bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels, shower gel. Service was excellent, front desk staff is super nice and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, got plenty of eggs, bread, fruit, coffee. The hotel is very close to shopping stores, within walking distance. Great hotel, would stay here again. Thank you for everything.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also great, close to everything yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was just okay, but honestly, it’s better than nothing — especially considering that many other hotels in this price range (or even higher) don’t offer breakfast at all. It’s nice to have something convenient in the morning before heading out. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would book again when come back. Great value for the price and a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Spent 4 night at this hotel. Check in and check out were very easy. Edwin provided excellent customer service and even remembered us when we arrived back after being gone for a few days. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok. Overall, a great experience and we will be returning back to this location
