Clean, affordable, and walking distance to a shopping plaza with several restaurant options. Only thing I would change is that the pillows are a bit overstuffed and not the most comfortable on your neck, but everyone has different preferences there. Would recommend.

My girlfriend and I took a 4 night trip this week to Boston and we loved every minute of it! As soon as we got to the hotel we had a little mishap with identification, however the nice lady at the front desk (sadly forgot her name) quickly helped us resolve that issue within a few minutes and actually upgraded our room! The room was clean and housekeeping was on time and extremely hardworking to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was tasty and had a good selection and overall the hotel was extremely well kept, all the staff were amazing, and it only took a short drive to get anywhere you need to downtown! Definitely book here if you want a good, safe, and affordable location to visit Boston!

I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend!! First, let me say that the woman at the front desk, Angelica, was AMAZING!! Very friendly, very accommodating. The room I booked was unavailable for over an hour (after I was supposed to check in), so she upgraded us and got us into a room ASAP!! Unfortunately, the AC did not work in our room. WE SLEPT and sweated all night long!! No, Holiday Inn management is the problem. Why would you have no on-site maintenance during the World Cup and the 250th birthday of America?! So the poor front desk was gonna move us, and I refused to move two children to a new room at 11 pm, even though we were unpacked. The next day, I found out maintenance, which I was promised would be on site by 7 am, wasn't on call till at least 1 pm. UNACCEPTABLE!! But the man at the front desk moved us to the room I requested ASAP!! So other than that rocky first start, I need to say the hotel was very nice, rooms were large, beds and bedding were GREAT!! Breakfast was a 6/10. The location was perfect!! Close to everything by car or subway!! I would definitely stay again!! We were also able to watch the Boston Pops fireworks from our room window!! Parking was a joke. The charge was great, but the lot is small, and they should really let you park for free. The elevators are OLD but functioning. And the ice machines ONLY worked in the lobby.

Franklin in the front receptionist is extremely helpful! I’m leaving boston and I forgot a pair of shoes two days ago, so I called up the hotel and he went above and beyond to retrieve them. If you stay here, and Franklin is working the front desk, you’re for sure gonna have a great stay! Give the man a raise

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The clean rooms and comfortable beds were a perfect end to my busy days, and the amenities really helped make my stay enjoyable.

Nice hotel very clean and a staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. The breakfast in the morning was very good had a good variety of stuff cereal, eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage, potato home fries, and an assortment of juices and milk lactose-free and regular. The one downside about the breakfast is I don't think they serve it long enough it's only till 9:00 in the morning and they promptly shut it down. The rooms and the hallways are clean The rooms are spacious they have the basic amenities K-Cup coffee pot with a couple different brands of coffee to pick from in the room I don't know what the prices are I am staying here because my apartment had a fire and the landlord is paying so I can't tell you about that part but the location is very close to Boston there is a shopping mall across the parking lot with a AMC movie theater in case you want to take your kids to the movies. The outside of the hotel has nice landscaping unfortunately there's not a lot of places to sit in the shade or to sit at all really there is only one bench at the main entrance and nowhere else to sit if you wanted to sit outside. Well that's about it That's all I can think of right now. P.S. if you're just visiting on a holiday or to sightsee it is a good hotel, or if you have business in Boston you're right on the doorstep

Best service ever! Miguel is definitely a lifesaver. I have to go the conventions center and he helped me to go there on time. While Uber has prices around 60-70$ for a 10 mins ride. This hotel has a FREE shuttle to the convention center and 10$ to the airport. Top notch facility, clean and reliable.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in South Boston. From the moment I checked in, the service stood out— Anavel was quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful, and even surprised me with an upgrade, which made my stay feel extra special. Everything was smooth and easy, and I really appreciated how efficient and kind she was. It made a big difference after a long day. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.

Definitely enjoyed staying at the hotel, met a few friends and staffs that were very friendly. The hotel is very clean and housekeeping is very good. I definitely appreciated all their services to make the stay a good one. Plus you'll enjoy the coffee machine for sure.
