Top notch experience here at the InterContinental this past week. From the moment I checked in and throughout my 4 days it was warm and friendly environment. I also left my phone at valet at checkout and realized it the next day. Within 20 min of my call everyone in the process worked to locate it, call me back and arrange for a fedex the next day. I don't know all the names so an overarching thank you to all of of you that helped....greatly appreciated! Thank you. Another reason why you stay at highly rated and hotels. Awesome. Nick

Everyone at the front desks were great. Room was comfortable overall. Would have liked more than just a tiny square for personal space in the fridge to keep drinks cold. Tried to use the ice bucket but the floor's ice machine wasn't working. Also, housekeeping tried coming to clean before 9am...not sure who wants their room cleaned that early. Restaurant/bar staff was nice, except one waiter who gave us a bit of attitude for trying to pull over a third chair. Not sure if we'd stay again.

We had an amazing, wonderful experience at the InterContinental Boston! The room was extremely spacious and impeccable and the beds very comfortable. The hotel has all the amenities and comfort you need whether you are here for business or leisure. The view of the harbor is spectacular. But what really stands out is the service. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge, bellman, and restaurant treat you like royalty. The location is fantastic and within walking distance to most nearby restaurants and attractions. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, it was excellent and I’ll be staying here each time I visit Boston.

I am always happy to celebrate back at InterContinental Boston! Amazing convenient location for none-drivers, steps away from Amtrak South Station, Ferry Harbour, Sailing and wonderful waterfront restaurants. Rooms are spotless, daily room refreshment, I had a generous upgrade as an Amabassador of Intercontinentals. Front desk check in and out was seamless, team deliver high level of service for sure! Big shout to Conceirge team, directed us to great local gems for dinner and FiFa WC watch party. Fellini bartender Joel is amazing, friendly and nice to chit chat. I would definitely say, Interconti Boston strength is your team! Heads up guys who travel for first time, location is a Financial District - dedicated for business, not for vacation. However, waterfront makes your busy nights to relax and enjoy well. I will definitely choose InterContinental Boston fort next stay - big Love from NYC ??

I stayed in this hotel many many times over the years. They did lots of renenovstions recently, especially to the lobby, bars and restaurants. Some rooms still require updates, but its work in progress. Best location ever! Sits between the older side of Boston and the vibrant Seaport, all walking distance (15-30min). During summer, I love the outdoor sittings to have a cocktail and couch chairs to relax along the water.

My husband, our small dog, and I recently stayed at the InterContinental Boston for three nights, and our experience was outstanding from start to finish. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Esteban at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He assisted us with two reservations and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. We also want to recognize Joe and Adam at the concierge desk. Both gentlemen were excellent resources throughout our visit, offering helpful recommendations and assistance whenever we needed it. Their knowledge of the area and willingness to help enhanced our overall experience. Another standout was Marcus in the restaurant. His level of service was exceptional—so much so that it felt like stepping back in time to an era when hospitality was truly an art form. He was attentive, personable, and made every dining experience memorable. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well maintained, with all the modern amenities one would expect from a luxury hotel. We also appreciated how welcoming the hotel was to our dog, which made traveling with a pet much easier and more enjoyable. If I had one minor criticism, it would be that I found the bed a bit too firm for my personal preference. However, this was a very small issue and certainly not enough to detract from an otherwise outstanding stay. Overall, I give the InterContinental Boston five stars and would gladly stay here again. Very nice hotel with spa, gym and restaurant. We visited Boston over the Memorial Day weekend and experienced bad weather, but this hotel was a nice place to get stuck in. It’s very beautiful when you walk in with the decor and fireplace (it was a cold weekend). Gorgeous restaurant and spacious rooms too. Nice gym, steam room and spa. Great service as well. Would stay here again.

Perfect location with staff and service to match. We stayed one night after coming in from Logan, and it was a delight. The hotel location, rooms, staff and service were all top notch. An extra big thank you to the reception staff which were an absolute pleasure. We are walkers, and the location on the waterfront is great if you want to enjoy Boston's location on the and take in great views of the city. You can also just choose to look out of the window (see the picture) :-) I could nitpick (the coffee machine being stuck in a cupboard was a little weird), but to be honest, I would be reaching.

1000/10! Beautiful rooms, and not a spec of dirt anywhere, cleanest hotel I've ever been in. The hospitality was superb from the moment we arrived until we left. The pool was amazing (could of been a little warmer, but was still good) I even booked a prenatal massage, and it was excellent. Only downfall is that there's no free/public parking in the area, which was expected, valet 65$ a night, so next time I will just uber there. Would def come back again, and will, now that I'm a member =)

We had a great stay at the InterContinental Boston. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. It’s also walking distance from the train station, which was very convenient for us since we came in from New York by train. We were upgraded to a suite, which was perfect for our family. The club lounge was excellent—fresh, plentiful food and very kind staff. Our kids especially loved making hot chocolate every morning, and one staff member was especially sweet and attentive with them. We also enjoyed the s’mores experience, which was a fun family activity. The only downside was the beds and pillows, which were extremely soft and unfortunately caused neck and back discomfort for all of us. Overall, great service, beautiful views of the harbor, and a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely return.
