What a lovely and luxurious gem right in the heart of downtown! Every though has been given to upscale comfort and amenity. The room offered unique pleasure all around, from the cashmere blankets, to the silk pillowcases, to the working fireplace, the room showcased understated luxury atypical from any hotel I have otherwise enjoyed. Water bottles were in the room and readily available along with Emergen-c- useful right after deplaning at Logan. The bathroom was well appointed and also had a magnifying make up mirrow, which is very useful if you are older. The entire staff seems like they were curated and appointed just like the room- exceptionally courteous, helpful and ready to assist in any way from bags, to transportation or anything related to travel or comfort. This beautiful property reflects dedication to comfort and elegance in every way! Totally thrilled I was able to experience it!

My wife and I stayed here the night before we eloped and we loved it. The staff were super nice and attentive, our room was beautiful with a fireplace, robes, sound system, and jacuzzi tub. Location is perfect for whatever you want to do in Boston, a stone’s throw away from the Common. They have a complimentary car service where they will take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius. The staff left us chocolate covered strawberries as a congratulations for getting married which was a nice touch. Moo… is the hotel restaurant and it’s a places we’ve been wanting to check out for a while. It was amazing. Rooms were reasonably priced given the level of service, room quality, and location. We were so happy with our choice to stay here and will definitely be back!

If you have the opportunity to stay at VX beacon, I highly recommend it. This level of hospitality is unparalleled, there is no detail left to the imagination. Everything has been thought out with care. We had an incredible stay that created memories that will last a life time. One of the Best Hotel Experiences I’ve Ever Had This was truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the room delivered everything you’d expect from a true five?star property—beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. If you’re looking to splurge a little and treat yourself, this is absolutely the place to do it. Every detail feels elevated, and the overall experience makes it easy to relax, unwind, and feel completely taken care of.

We loved our stay here. The service was great, everyone you have contact with in the hotel is friendly and helpful. The car service was an added bonus making it so easy to get around the city. I highly recommend staying here.

Spent our first Valentines day together, and everything about the hotel went perfectly. Even had them do the rose pedal turn down while we were at dinner. Reserved a king bed suite with the fireplace and soaking/whirlpool tub which added to the enjoyable view and setting sun. The couch could have been a little more comfortable but we found out it was a sleeper sofa so that makes sense. I didnt know they had a valet service so we parked close by (which worked out in any case). Definitely become a preferred member because it allowed us to have a later than normal checkout

This stay will be hard to top! It's been some time since we have been so impressed with a hotel. The service was impeccable from arrival. All staff were incredibly professional and friendly. The room was beautiful with attention paid to every detail. We took advantage of the car service drop off to our dinner reservation. Gazi was a wonderful driver and ended up being available to pick us up as well. The location is central & the area is walkable. Thanks for making our birthdays getaway wonderful.

My stay at XV Beacon was exceptional from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the location is unbeatable, and the concierge team was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making every recommendation feel perfectly tailored. Dinner at Mooo was an outstanding culinary experience that perfectly complemented the hotel’s refined, welcoming atmosphere. XV Beacon truly sets the standard for luxury hospitality.

We stayed at XV Beacon for New Years Eve. Our room was like staying at a Beacon Hill studio complete with fireplace and flawless accommodations. We were welcomed with a plate of fresh fruit and mini cakes and chocolates in the room. We watched the Boston Commons fireworks from the rooftop deck and were then served flutes of champagne and given party hats. Later we ate at Mooo which was superb and had one of our finest steak dinners. Later we went to celebrate NYE at a Boston hotel. Our entire stay was highlighted by your employee Myriam Jaber. From the reservation initially to checkout she provided the highest degree of warmth and caring for her valued guests. You have a tremendous asset with her at the front desk. Her experience shines through. As the prior owner of Ocean Edge Resort, you have a winning combination of a 5 star hotel accompanied by 5 star staff.

We are frequent travelers to Boston and like to try different hotels and neighborhoods. We are so pleased that we stayed at XV on our most recent visit. The hotel aces all tests. Physical space, amenities, location, service and a fireplace in the rooms. Top shelf. We will be back.
