My family and I stayed here for a short weekend trip and I truly adored this hotel. The second you walk in the people are so kind. It looks luxurious at first glance and is perfect for vacationing and events. They have cute decorative touches and gorgeous flower and treats everyone. The rooms were beautiful. They had classy wallpaper and furniture, and the room itself was spotless. Everything from the pens were gorgeous and makes you feel welcome. Additionally, the pool and gym were very modern and nice and the dining room is literally stunning. The thing that struck us as most memorable was the room service. We left for barely two hours and they made our rooms up, even organising our stuff and changing towels. They gave us a welcome delivery of a cookie making kit and a pretty fresh raspberry macaron. They were so kind and helpful and overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful luxurious place to stay in Boston.

This weekend at the The Langham, Boston was truly one for the books. My husband wanted to make Mother’s Day weekend an over-the-top experience, and thanks to this incredible hotel and its outstanding staff, it exceeded every expectation we could have possibly had. From the moment we arrived, every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The level of hospitality here is something you simply do not find often anymore. The rooms were absolutely beautiful — elegant, comfortable, impeccably maintained, and somehow both luxurious and warm at the same time. Dining at The Fed was exceptional. The cocktails were outstanding, the food was phenomenal, and the entire atmosphere felt elevated without ever feeling pretentious. A very special thank you to Wayne Kirsten, Director of Food & Beverage, whose attention to detail and genuine commitment to guest experience truly made this stay unforgettable. And then came the Mother’s Day brunch… simply spectacular. Beautifully executed, absolutely delicious, and one of the most impressive brunch experiences we have had anywhere. Martha and her colleagues took such wonderful care of us and made the entire experience feel incredibly special. What stood out most throughout the weekend was how every interaction felt sincere. This was not just good service — it was a team of people who clearly take pride in creating memorable experiences for their guests. Without question, this has become one of my all-time favorite hotel experiences and The Langham has officially earned a spot at the very top of our list whenever we are in Boston. We cannot wait to return.

We had an amazing stay for my husband’s birthday! The staff are so friendly and attentive, and thoughtfully brought over sweet treats to celebrate. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pillow menu is a beautiful touch. We also had club access, and it was so worth it. Nelson and Vanessa were great! We felt really cared for and appreciated their attention. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The service was exceptional. Everyone from the concierge and front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with large bathrooms. The hotel itself is beautiful, filled with fresh flowers and a lovely, clean scent throughout. We also appreciated the bar being open late. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay again.

We stayed one night at The Langham, Boston and booked it mainly because it is part of the Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts program. Check in was smooth and the customer service was great. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The room was nice, modern, and spacious. I liked the blue color scheme, it gave the room a clean and upscale feel. We had dinner at The Fed and really enjoyed it. Good atmosphere and a solid spot to grab a drink and relax. The next morning we had breakfast at Grana, which was also very good and an easy start to the day. Overall, it was a really nice stay and everything felt well done. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in Boston, and this is by far my favorite. The service is consistently excellent, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. It’s also genuinely pet-friendly with reasonable fees, which is a huge plus. Don’t skip the breakfast, it’s actually worth it. I’ve finally found my go-to hotel in Boston, and I’ll definitely be back.

We had an exceptional stay at the The Langham, Boston. We had initially come from the Mandarin Oriental, Boston, which is in a great location but unfortunately did not meet the luxury expectations or brand standard we were hoping for. Arriving at The Langham was truly refreshing. The hotel itself has incredible historic and luxury charm, as it was formerly the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. That heritage adds such a unique character to the property. The windows are massive and offer sweeping views, which made the room feel bright, grand, and special. From the very first interaction with Helen to Ella’s kindness during the final days of our stay while a Nor’Easter storm was rolling in, the service felt warm, attentive, and genuine. Marwan made our visit especially memorable with his thoughtful advice and generosity, even surprising us with in-room welcome gifts. Those personal touches made all the difference. The beds were extremely comfortable and made for a restful sleep each night, which truly elevated our overall experience. There were a few minor hiccups from the backend side, but the frontline staff were quick to resolve everything professionally and graciously. That level of responsiveness speaks volumes. One small suggestion would be to notify guests ahead of check-in if a fridge in the room is not working. We also noticed a few housekeeping details that could use more attention, such as small holes in the linens and tiny bits of paper near the sides of the beds. With a bit more focus on those details, the experience would be absolutely flawless. We also understand that the hotel has been awarded two Michelin Keys, which is very well deserved and reflective of the elevated experience offered. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt truly cared for. We hope to return in the near future.

We had a lovely stay at the Langham Boston. It is very charming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to schedule a very early breakfast delivery to ensure we made our flight on time, and the turndown service was a nice touch. Our room had a lovely park view and was quiet/comfortable. The rain shower was an excellent amenity as well. We were only in town for one night so we did not take advantage of the pool or sauna, but they looked fresh and well taken care of. The Fed served excellent food and drinks, and the atmosphere was upscale and relaxing. Would love to return!

I stayed here with my wife. We have 3 kids ages 5-1 and it was our first time in 3 years staying out alone. It was also her birthday weekend. Highly highly recommend. It was our first time. Food is great. Had dinner at the Fed and breakfast at the Gram. Enjoyed the burger, octopus, tuna tartar, and the avocado cob salad for dinner. The almond apricot danish was amazing at breakfast. Staff is super friendly. They brought over a nice card and cupcakes for my wife’s birthday as week. Great location and very well kept hotel. I actually booked another night out to take my mom out to this hotel for the following weekend. Definitely recommend and will be coming more often. A gem in Boston.

Location = perfect! We walked 5 minutes to Faneuil hall and then 10 mins to the Children’s Museum. It was -6° so short walks were helpful. Very close to the $10/night parking so we skipped the valet. Service = top tier amazing. No request went unanswered. Service was impeccable. We were able to communicate via text, which made things so much easier. I asked for late check out, mini fridge, and help with our many bags. Bell hops were delightful and so kind. Accommodations = room was gorgeous and spacious. We had a table which was helpful for meals. Beds were so cozy! Shower was divine. Cleanliness = very very clean. Extras = pool was great. They even had a mini robe and slippers ready for my 6 year old, WOW! She was tickled. Diptyque soaps and hair wash were a real treat. Food = room service was prompt, and portions were generous. Food was yummy! Bolognese and kids pasta were a hit. They even had a pager device to retrieve the cart. A must. Our say was perfect! The loveliest place for adults and kids!
